James B.called about an estimate: $45 just to come out and survey the problem. Well you definitely have clogged up toilet. duh... ya think. OK it will cost you around $250 to unclog. Sign here. OK. About 15 minutes later. Well the situation is worse than what I thought. I've gone as far as I can go. I will have to charge you another $100. OK. Worked another 15 minutes. Sorry, gone as far as I can go. I will have to come back MONDAY and finish. All weekend without a commode. ( I said I thought your advertisement said you guys don't charge for weekend rates??) No sir. I will be back Monday. He came back Monday and (egads) had to crawl under the house to find trap. Well that costs another $300. So the total costs to unclog a toilet was close to $800. Do the math. I should have.
