Mr. Rooter Plumbing serves as your expert plumbing provider, equipped with years of experience and specialized knowledge. David Duck established Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1970, launching his first branch in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck launched his plumbing enterprise, naming it Mr. Rooter. The Neighborly Group took over Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989 after negotiations between Duck and Don Neighborly. Despite selling the rights to the business and its initial franchises, Duck maintained ownership of his shop in Oklahoma City. Today, David Duck continues to be a franchise owner.
