Mr. Rooter Plumbing serves as your expert plumbing provider, equipped with years of experience and specialized knowledge. Mr. Rooter Plumbing was founded by David Duck in 1970, with its inaugural location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He began his own plumbing venture, branding it as Mr. Rooter. The Neighborly Group took over Mr. Rooter Plumbing in 1989 after negotiations between Duck and Don Neighborly. While Duck transferred the rights to the business and its original franchises, he kept his shop in Oklahoma City. David Duck is still a franchise owner even now.
