Easter weekend and my toilet, bathtub, showers were all backed up and of course I had guests staying that weekend. However, Mr Rooter responded back right away to my Saturday late afternoon call. It was a complicated problem but they worked for hours and were able to fix it enough so we could use the water until Monday. They came back Monday morning with bigger equipment, flushed out the pipes and diagnosed the problem. It was a major issue and they stayed until the builder came over so they could discuss the problem. The entire service team I dealt with was courteous, friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them!

I was able to get an appointment in one day, and Ontario, the plumber, phoned me ahead of time and gave me an ETA. He unclogged a major blockage in the main drain pipe, and everything works fine now. He was pleasant and professional, and kept me informed about the progress. I recommend Mr. Rooter. Thank you.

Highly recommend this business! So glad I found them when when the service we'd previously used wasn't available for our emergency sewer repair. They charge a flat rate, not by the hour - and thank goodness, because this was after-hours emergency service and took 8 hours to fix! Orlando was wonderful - professional and diagnosed the broken sewer pipe, and then, because the break was on the city side, called the city on our behalf and stayed after dark until they showed up. They are now my #1 choice!

This is our 2nd time to use Mr. Rooter. This was especially great because we had a back flow part leak while we were out of town. We had no water going to the house for days. Jonathan Barnard came and diagnosed the problem right away. He also told us of a part that would help prevent this part from breaking again because of a freeze like we are not use to in Tallahassee, Florida. Great service, very helpful and a gentleman. It was a great experience and Mr Rooter will be our go to plumber always.

Our water heater was starting to fail and it was time to be replaced. Zach from Mr. Rooter came out and gave us an estimate and scheduled installation for the following week. Zach and his team were efficient and kept me informed. My dog was so happy to get pets from them. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Started out searching for diagnostic prices and stopped when Mr Rooter did not have one. Made the appointment and Mr. Jonathan Barnard was perfect as far as I'm concerned. He was very professional and informative. Answered all of my questions in detail and actually had an answer better than I just work here. Replaced my shower valve due to leaking and also performed a pressure check that I did not request and found it was a little high 110psi to my surprise so he potentially saved me future headache with that information (I will have them correct that issue). Actually coordinated w/ him while I was on the road headed back to Tallahassee and it was as if we were standing face to face. I will definitely be using them again and will request Mr. Barnard when I do. Was signed up to the Rooter club so now I will get discounts on future work and they also accepted my military status for an added small discount. Overall the service was excellent and I recommend Mr. Rooter, gold star and I tip my hat to them. (Not a paid spokesperson)

This is the second time I request their services. This company is very professional and easy to work with. I called, made an appointment, and my home got serviced! :) Mr. Jonathan Barnard was the service professional who helped us. He is very nice and approachable and answered all my silly questions. We all had to wear masks at home while he was working. For me this was awesome. Not that I am in a rush, but looking forward to have them work at my home again :)
