Our water heater was starting to fail and it was time to be replaced. Zach from Mr. Rooter came out and gave us an estimate and scheduled installation for the following week. Zach and his team were efficient and kept me informed. My dog was so happy to get pets from them. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Started out searching for diagnostic prices and stopped when Mr Rooter did not have one. Made the appointment and Mr. Jonathan Barnard was perfect as far as I'm concerned. He was very professional and informative. Answered all of my questions in detail and actually had an answer better than I just work here. Replaced my shower valve due to leaking and also performed a pressure check that I did not request and found it was a little high 110psi to my surprise so he potentially saved me future headache with that information (I will have them correct that issue). Actually coordinated w/ him while I was on the road headed back to Tallahassee and it was as if we were standing face to face. I will definitely be using them again and will request Mr. Barnard when I do. Was signed up to the Rooter club so now I will get discounts on future work and they also accepted my military status for an added small discount. Overall the service was excellent and I recommend Mr. Rooter, gold star and I tip my hat to them. (Not a paid spokesperson)

This is the second time I request their services. This company is very professional and easy to work with. I called, made an appointment, and my home got serviced! :) Mr. Jonathan Barnard was the service professional who helped us. He is very nice and approachable and answered all my silly questions. We all had to wear masks at home while he was working. For me this was awesome. Not that I am in a rush, but looking forward to have them work at my home again :)

We were able to get a same day appointment which was great having spent all of our three day weekend without a sink. John Aaron and Clay were our plumbers and did a great job. We apparently had a really difficult problem but I felt like every step was explained along the way. I now know the plumbing setup under our house! They were exceptionally considerate with me working from home during this and we're patient if I was on a call. They kept their workspace clean. I've had some workers really make a mess of the space but they were careful. They were very thorough and explained to us every step as well as gave us tips to avoid the same problem in the future. I'm very used to repair men talking down to me or like I'm ignorant of what's happening despite my having a pretty good knowledge of basic home repair. They were pleasant, thorough, and professional. It's rare that someone could say a 3+ hour saga with a set of plumbers could be a pleasant experience but this certainly was. They also we're happy to hang out with my dog and give him some much appreciated scratches even though he has the most high pitched bark Even he warmed to to them.

I could not be happier with the Mr.Rooter team. I had new construction planned and needed a plumber quickly. Most plumbers were too busy to even call back but not only did they respond quickly, they did quality work at an extremely reasonable price. To top it off they were all very polite and handled little problems that were outside of their scope. I can strongly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

This company is great! My most recent experience with them was today. I had two issues, a leaking toilet seal, and a bad check valve on my well tank. Holly called this morning to confirm my appointment, and shortly thereafter, at the appointed time, John showed up. Very professional and friendly, wore the little """"booties"""" while in the house, and had both problems fixed in little time and at little expense. These are my guys.
