Highly recommend this business! So glad I found them when when the service we'd previously used wasn't available for our emergency sewer repair. They charge a flat rate, not by the hour - and thank goodness, because this was after-hours emergency service and took 8 hours to fix! Orlando was wonderful - professional and diagnosed the broken sewer pipe, and then, because the break was on the city side, called the city on our behalf and stayed after dark until they showed up. They are now my #1 choice!

Leak in shower wall during the weekend of course. Can't happen during a normal business day at my house (LOL). Eric showed up on a Sunday and capped off shower within an hour of initial call so we could have water in the rest of house until he could get parts on Monday. Came out first thing on Monday and fixed it. They do not charge any extra for nights or weekends and most importantly they do exactly what they tell you. It's so hard anymore to find anyone that will call you back or do what they say. From the office staff to the plumber everyone was professional and I highly recommend them for any service they offer.

Started out searching for diagnostic prices and stopped when Mr Rooter did not have one. Made the appointment and Mr. Jonathan Barnard was perfect as far as I'm concerned. He was very professional and informative. Answered all of my questions in detail and actually had an answer better than I just work here. Replaced my shower valve due to leaking and also performed a pressure check that I did not request and found it was a little high 110psi to my surprise so he potentially saved me future headache with that information (I will have them correct that issue). Actually coordinated w/ him while I was on the road headed back to Tallahassee and it was as if we were standing face to face. I will definitely be using them again and will request Mr. Barnard when I do. Was signed up to the Rooter club so now I will get discounts on future work and they also accepted my military status for an added small discount. Overall the service was excellent and I recommend Mr. Rooter, gold star and I tip my hat to them. (Not a paid spokesperson)

I called in for a leaking toilet, I thought it was the base wax ring. The technician arrived about an hour after expected, but was very helpful. It turned out the leak was at the tank, which is a DIY $30 repair. I was only charged the mobilization fee of $75, which was reasonable. I would use this company again.

I could not be happier with the Mr.Rooter team. I had new construction planned and needed a plumber quickly. Most plumbers were too busy to even call back but not only did they respond quickly, they did quality work at an extremely reasonable price. To top it off they were all very polite and handled little problems that were outside of their scope. I can strongly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

We were able to get a same day appointment which was great having spent all of our three day weekend without a sink. John Aaron and Clay were our plumbers and did a great job. We apparently had a really difficult problem but I felt like every step was explained along the way. I now know the plumbing setup under our house! They were exceptionally considerate with me working from home during this and we're patient if I was on a call. They kept their workspace clean. I've had some workers really make a mess of the space but they were careful. They were very thorough and explained to us every step as well as gave us tips to avoid the same problem in the future. I'm very used to repair men talking down to me or like I'm ignorant of what's happening despite my having a pretty good knowledge of basic home repair. They were pleasant, thorough, and professional. It's rare that someone could say a 3+ hour saga with a set of plumbers could be a pleasant experience but this certainly was. They also we're happy to hang out with my dog and give him some much appreciated scratches even though he has the most high pitched bark Even he warmed to to them.

I called this company to check on a problem with a rental property when I was out of town. The receptionist/scheduler (Sheila) was very pleasant and sent a guy during normal business hours within a reasonable time frame. They called me with an estimate which was outrageously high in relation to the issue. $400+ for a leak from a rubber seal in the sink. I politely declined to have them fix it. There was high pressure from the guy who did the estimate to get it fixed with him. They said if I didn't do it they weren't sure when they would be able to come back out and that it could be done now by him if I would agree to the high fee. They told me how the rates are set in a book and that they had a great price to fix the problem. They told me how they do this kind of job all the time and this was the only way to fix it. They also offered to use sub par materials to lower the cost. They tried very hard to get me to agree to the """"sale"""" right then but after several minutes of insisting on getting a second opinion they finally agreed to leave my house. I called another company which also came out without asking for a service fee. They fixed the problem for $30 and couldn't understand how anyone could quote/charge so much to fix this basic problem. I write this review to say that if price is no concern and you have money to blow or don't care paying significantly over what others charge then this company may be for you. Thankfully I was insistent on getting a second opinion and saved almost $400. My problem is fixed and I'm happy I used another company.
