We called on Tuesday about our water shutting off sporadically, had a technician out Wednesday to diagnose the problem. The technician did not have the proper parts to repair it and said he would come back in the morning to work on it. He arrived at 9:30 on Thursday and spent 3.5 hours replacing the piping and electrical box near our water tank which he had diagnosed as the problem. The technician left around 1 PM after I had paid $1200 for the repair. At 3 PM I was using the hose to fill up water for my horses and our water shut off again (having the same issue we hired the company to fix). I immediately called the company and explained what I had and requested someone come out to fix it as we are now going on 3 days without consistent water. The representative said he could not have someone out until morning. I explained my situation and that it was 95+ degrees out and I had animals who needed water and he said he could not get anyone out until 8-12 PM the following day (3 days after my initial call). He was not compassionate about what I was dealing with or the fact that we still did not have water because their techno failed to diagnose the problem and repair our water tank properly. We now have $1200 less and still do not have our problem fixed. Overall, a horrible experience working with this company.

Worst service ever. Plumber was supposed to be there between one and four, did not show up till seven at night. They guarantee they were going to fix the problem when he arrived but then we were told he didn't carry a grinder pump. Due to the holiday weekend he could not get a grinder pump until Monday. When he called on Monday he quoted $4400 to have the pump replaced with a two hour installation. Told him to forget it after talking to other plumbers who were quoting under $1000. The only problem was getting someone to do it in a timely fashion come to find out our septic did not need a grinder pump as quoted by Mr. plumber. Overall the pump cost $400 at Fergusons and we installed our self. Mr. plumber not only told us that we needed a more expensive pump than what we really needed their hourly rate had been $1000 plus an hour. It's only a two hour job at the max. Then after quoting us the price of the installation and the pump he is stated that he might be able to get to it tomorrow. I said to him, after waiting seven hours on Friday for a job that you guys guaranteed you would fix I have to wait another 24 hours. Then he stated well I might be able to come out today around one. I just told the kid never mind that he was way too expensive. He said to me as the technician, I will only make around $200 off that price. That Mr. router is really expensive. Would never call this company again even if I had to wait a month out to have plumbing done

excellent experience. They showed up on time and gave me a precise estimate for replacing an older toilet to include possible things that may arise. They went and picked up new toilet and installed the same day. Very nice cleanup after work and wore booties and masks as well. Final bill was exactly what was estimated. Very pleased.

I don't usually need a plumber or rooter company, but they were timely and the young man did a great job. It's definitely a little pricey for what I had to have done. I had a clog in the main sewer line buy my tub. Had to run 2 snakes and over $700 regular time.

My sewer was broken during a fence installation. It was a Sunday, we were basically in lockdown due to COVID, and companies weren't very responsive. Fortunately, these guys could come out same-day and we had someone at the house within a couple hours. He was very nice, reassuring, and seemed to be trying his hardest to get me the best price. He mentioned how COVID was slashing prices so I was getting ""the best deal he's seen"". I was deciding whether to sign the paperwork and thought to ask what the whole sewer replacement would cost as I was very certain we would end up having to replace the whole line. I was told he could not provide me a quote at that time but that their policy is ""when you start work with us, and we find out there's more wrong, we discount additional work you do with us"". I asked him for a ballpark quote for the whole line and he said 9k-12k, but that it would likely be on the low end because of the discounts. He suggested I get a loan through Synchrony for the ""max"" amount I'd likely be paying if the whole line needed to be replaced, which he stated would be 10k. I noted the portion on the paperwork that stated I had up to 3 days to back out. He told me the earliest someone would come out was Monday afternoon but that more likely it would be Tuesday morning. I decided to sign it and rely on being able to back out Monday afternoon if I could get another quote in time, as I was very worried about not getting anyone else out in time especially with the tightening COVID restrictions. I ended up getting another quote that evening for the whole sewer replacement at 8.7k, but with a private contractor. I decided I would likely still go with Mr. Rooter based on the ballpark estimate they gave me, but that I wanted a firm estimate for the full sewer work before moving ahead. It was Sunday evening at that point and I planned to call Monday morning for the quote.
Monday morning rolls around and I wake up to work being done on the sewer outside. I had absolutely no notice whatsoever and I also did NOT consent to the work starting. I felt it was too late for me to stop them and hoped I wouldn't need a full sewer line replacement. I ended up needing one
I was readying myself for a 10K bill. I get the final quote and it was over 13k (pre-tax) for around 50' of pipe. I asked about the discounts, he said they were applied, and I told him I wanted to wait and get quotes from other companies. He told me ""the hole we dug to get to the sewer alone costs $4800"" and that if I were to go with someone else, I would be paying that at a minimum. The tech ended up ""talking to his supervisor and knocking off 1k"".
Moving forward to the actual replacement. I was never given notice when they came by to perform work, which was like 5 times. We had to ask the employees working what they were even doing/ what the status was/ what the overall timeline was.
I'm finally leaving this review because Ken C reached out to me after I left an internal review stating I felt misled and wanted financial compensation (5/18). I told him what I feel owed is the difference between what the final cost was and the maximum I was told I would pay- which was 10k (so $2,218). I realized I had also not been sent my final bill and asked him to provide that. Long story short, thanks to the front desk and some back and forth (as I was given the wrong invoice at first), I finally received my final bill today. Yes, that's almost a month after I asked Ken for it.
Between never knowing when they were performing work (and not consenting to the work even beginning), being lied to/ misled about extra deductions once more work happens, having a ballpark estimate entice me into working with them instead of being provided a full estimate like I requested, and finally not receiving my real bill until 45 days after the service was performed, I can safely say that I will never work nor recommend this place.
