I called in the afternoon and advised I had a leaking water heater and they were able to send a tech that evening to replace it. He showed up with all the parts he needed including the new water heater and had the job done in no time. Josh did a super job and didn't seem to mind me watching him work. Kevin D. did an excellent repair of my sewer system. I watched from a distance and could see that he was very careful to make sure everything was done correctly. He called ahead and was on time. He also took pictures and sent them to me for my records. I cannot imagine how anyone could have done better.

Eric did a wonderful job completely repiping both the inside and outside of our condominium. We had the old grey polybutylene piping throughout the condo, which was causing leaking issues. Eric came in and did a full and sound update to the condo. This was not an easy project for anyone, as there were no plans anywhere available showing how the outside plumbing had been installed. A treasure hunt ensued, and I have never seen anyone with as much patience as he had completing the project. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to others and highly recommend Eric if you want a job done well.

My water heater was on its last legs , I knew it, but I really didn't want to face the hassle or expense of plumbing work.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have it serviced. (Found them online)

On the day of the appointment the service person arrive a few minutes before my appointment time, was polite, well groomed and very professional.

Josh Jennings was the service person. He assessed what was going on with the water heater, made recommendations and even called the parts department to confirm, that if I wanted a new water heater, it would fit where the old one was (new ones are a few inches wider).

I made the decision to have it replaced. Wow! Talk about getting to work. It was a tight and semi difficult location to remove and install, but he made it happen. Safety straps, etc, everything is perfect and up to code.

Josh went above and beyond in my opinion. I am very pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail and expertise.

Had plumber come out last week for plugged system. They were in business for over 15 years and could not clear drain, Possible bad sewerage pipe and collapsed. charged me and gave different company whom where supposed to be one of the best. Came out 2 days later and tried and said that they could not clear plugged pipe either and would get back to me. 1 week and 1/2 later after 5 calls and no response. Called Mr. Rooter and spoke to Matthew Livingston. He was in Cedar City doing other work. He called and came over and assisted in deciding what to do. Next day I had estimates for 11,000 from other company and Matthews was lower. But he decided to try high pressure first if he could not clear pipe. He did absolutely great . Matt has gone far and above expectation of a plumber service technician.
As a single person having someone around to help with a couple of things really means so much. I have had several surgeries and my movement is limited. I first met Matt when he was fixing my neighbors water problem. He noticed I had a leak in my system and gave me a quote. Matt was able to start the job, and finished up the next day.

Next Matt installed a water heater for me and brought it up to code in order for me to get a house sold. That water had 1991 on it, an antique for sure. Funny though, I told Matt he had to come and change out my fire alarm battery on order to get the water heater job... also while he was here he changed out my air filters too. It really helps to get to know your service people... you trust them.
Before Matt left he help me by taking some empty boxes away.

Thank you Matt for all you have done for me I truly appreciated it. Although it may cost more to have these services done, having it done right is far more important to me.

I will refer Matt to my friends that need their services done.
