We had a last minute emergency with our septic tank today and had a hard time getting in touch with most businesses. Austin came out and was beyond wonderful! He was efficient, made sure we knew exactly what was going on, fixed it in no time and was so so much less expensive than we were planning. He was very professional and friendly and also gave us a military discount on top of it all :) Jorge was also so friendly and called me back right away after my phone lost service. All around great experience and Austin definitely made a stressful situation right before the weekend not stressful anymore:)

That kind of service wouldn't pass for something normal
It' certainly doesn't work for emergency plumbing.

I called in the afternoon and advised I had a leaking water heater and they were able to send a tech that evening to replace it. He showed up with all the parts he needed including the new water heater and had the job done in no time. Josh did a super job and didn't seem to mind me watching him work. I always like to learn by watching skilled craftsmen do their work;l

Kevin D. did an excellent repair of my sewer system. I watched from a distance and could see that he was very careful to make sure everything was done correctly. He called ahead and was on time. He also took pictures and sent them to me for my records. I cannot imagine how anyone could have done better.

Eric did a wonderful job completely repiping both the inside and outside of our condominium. We had the old grey polybutylene piping throughout the condo, which was causing leaking issues. Eric came in and did a full and sound update to the condo. This was not an easy project for anyone, as there were no plans anywhere available showing how the outside plumbing had been installed. A treasure hunt ensued, and I have never seen anyone with as much patience as he had completing the project. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to others and highly recommend Eric if you want a job done well.

My water heater was on its last legs , I knew it, but I really didn't want to face the hassle or expense of plumbing work.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have it serviced. (Found them online)

On the day of the appointment the service person arrive a few minutes before my appointment time, was polite, well groomed and very professional.

Josh Jennings was the service person. He assessed what was going on with the water heater, made recommendations and even called the parts department to confirm, that if I wanted a new water heater, it would fit where the old one was (new ones are a few inches wider).

I made the decision to have it replaced. Wow! Talk about getting to work. It was a tight and semi difficult location to remove and install, but he made it happen. Safety straps, etc, everything is perfect and up to code.

Josh went above and beyond in my opinion. I am very pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail and expertise.
