Dan F.Would NEVER deal with this company again! Installed a toilet at for a outlandish cost and now it is leaking water!!! In addition, a quote to complete an additional problem was nearly double what another company charged to repair.
Michael F.Appointment was scheduled for an unusual squeaking sound coming from our 50 gallon water heater which Mr. Rooter installed just over 5 years ago. Received a two hour window and then a call from the office the following day as scheduled that David would be here in 35 minutes. Spot on arrival and he was able after some testing to determine what he suspected was the issue. His explanation was detailed yet easy to understand. Bottom line it was something that didn't require anything other than assurance it was safe and the sound was in the wall when the pipe expands during heating and rubs against the wood joist. Something I was told happens occasionally in older model homes. (1975) in this case. There was no service charge which is something unheard of in many service calls in today's business climate.
I Highly recommend them.
We called the day before and they scheduled us for the next day and gave us a four hour window of when someone would be out for a suspected crushed sewer pipe. Waited around all day for a no call no show! Called them and they said that they were running behind and would call us when they were on their way. 6:30 pm and no sign of a plumber! Looks like Gold Seal will get our business from now on!
Paul and Dan came to our side when we were in need! Our sewage backed up into our basement and Dan spent almost the entire day at our house trying to figure out the problem. The next day they made us a priority and fit us in their busy schedule and spent more than half the day installing our new toilet without charge, and finding the solution to our problem. It has been so easy to work with them. They are kind, thorough and took the time to wean through all our insurance coverage and explain to us all our plumbing problems. So thankful that people like them are around to make situations like this go a lot more smoothly!
Carolin B.they were timely, did a great job and left the area where worked clean and sanitized. No pressure or attitude if you can't afford to upgrade anything at that time. They keep you informed on what they need to do and what their fee is for the job. I needed my sump pump worked on, some parts replaced and never having one questions answered. I now understand how it works and how to keep it from smelling. What can cause it to break down and what not to put into the plumbing connected to it.
I would refer them to neighbors and family plus have them out for any future problems.
Cammie C.Do not use Mr. Rooter in Spokane. I paid over $500 for them to fix my hot water heater and it only worked for 24 hours. I was told then that I would need a new hot water heater and it would be over $2000. I asked about them refunding SOME of my money and they said there was no warranty. They wouldn't provide me with a receipt, they wouldn't return my calls and when I had scheduled them to come look at it again after that 24 hours, they didn't show up or call. I had to call them again. They just don't have any regard for their customers.
Laura S.Quick response, Sunday service. The repair plumber cleared the clog, gave us some advice about our old plumbing was clean and polite. Best part is I did think we were over charged. I would call them again if the issue comes up again.
Alice G.Mr. Rooter's plumbers showed up at the job site early and well prepared with all equipment and personnel to get a difficult job done right. All service details were explained thoroughly, as well as cost, and they wasted no time getting to work. Our main water line finally got thawed and cleared (over 100 feet of ice!) thanks to Mr. Rooter's fantastic plumbing pros!
Tim P.We experienced a major drain back-up with no prior warning. A septic tank clean-out had been scheduled but wasn't for another week with no emergency service available. My wife had used Mr. Rooter for a previous issue when I was out of town that was resolved successfully so I called again. Service Technician, Rob Anzaldo, arrived to assess the situation. I described the blockage timeline and we dug out the septic tank service cover. We discussed options and determined that the tank needed to be pumped before a blockage could be diagnosed further. Water was backed up in the clean-out so access was blocked until it could drain. I was able to drain the line a short while later which has allowed us to use the plumbing system until the pump-out tomorrow. Rob was a total professional and I will call Mr. Rooter again for any plumbing issues. Thank you!
Julie M.Extraordinary company!! It's been a great experience beginning with the lovely lady who answered the phone to the plumber who came to my home (David Kompelien) today. I was so worried that my sewer line was blocked, as sewage had been backing up into my kitchen sink and lower level shower. That would've have been huge money, and I just moved into this house a few weeks ago. David inspected everything and scoped my sewer (no charge -- it was part of the estimate) Thankfully, the line was in a good condition with no major blockages. I need a new garbage disposal, which I'm going to have Mr. Rooter replace tomorrow. David emphasized that he wanted me to think about it overnight to make sure it was what I wanted to do. Who do you know, especially a contractor, that would do that??NOBODY I can't say enough good things about this company!! Calll them and relax knowing your problem will be handled professionally and honestly.
