Let me preface by saying this is the first review I've written while I've used Yelp for years. I had and issue with my washer and Joe came out to give me a diagnostic. I explained the issue to him, he gave me his feedback and the steps he could take on his end to see if it was a plumbing issue or a washer issue. This gentleman broke down what he was going to do and why, him and his helper were clean, polite, and on point. I would hands down use this company again and have Joe come out to take care of my issue. Thanks Joe!

Joseph came to the rescue when we had a leak from the base of our toilet! The water wouldn't drain from the shower and we noticed water seeping out from the base of the toilet, so we called Mr. Rooter and Joseph came the same day and spent several patient hours troubleshooting and fixing the issue. He cleared the obstruction (massive tree roots) and fixed the toilet wax ring and installed a new toilet as well. He provided awesome service and we're so grateful for his help. Highly recommended!

We only received 2 quotes (first for $600, and second around $1500 after we found out there was no hot water). Based on the description my family of two old seniors over the age of 60 and 80, they never received the quote and explanation of the declined work you mention before they called again. They mentioned that the quote of $600 was to fix all the issues and they never knew the hot water did not work until they tried it after the plumber left. Please provide me proof of the quote as I do not see this on the paperwork we have. Until evidence is provided, I stand by to defend the elderly family members. What was the original quote and why was it not on paper that the customer declined the fix? Why was the customer not aware and needed to call back?

The technician, Joseph Diaz, arrived on time. He waited for about 10 mins for me to get there. He checked the drains for the complained of blockage, and found out the problem was not the drain. My mother did not turn on the garbage disposal, and debris accumulated, and blocked the pipe. He cleared it with tap water. He spend about 20 to 25 mins with us, and did not charge a dime. He was professional, courteous, patient, and honest. He also explained the cost of clearing a drain if they had to perform the task. The price quoted was very reasonable. They will be our go to plumber for our entire apartment complex that we own. Outstanding work. 6 stars........

Joseph was a life saver! We were having issues with our sewage pipe and it quickly turned in to a nightmare. We rent our property and at first our landlord was quick to blame us but Joseph did a very thorough check and even made a video reporting the issues to help us prove we hadn't done anything wrong. simultaneously we were having issues with the bathtub drain and again Joseph really helped us out with a deal and took care of the issue. overall the service we received was quick, efficient and very friendly. he was never pushy or trying to add hidden fees it was all very straight forward. he turned in a major headache situation in to a quick fix!

Had an issue with our tub where grey water was coming up from the drain, and Mr Rooter was really responsive and was able to send someone first thing in the morning. Joe came early and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything patiently. He was able to fix our clogged drain and offered a lot of helpful tips.
