Needed a plumber right away since the basin in the garage was backing up and about to overflow from the washer & the dishwasher. Jesse came out Friday morning and cleaned out the drain but since the P-trap was ancient, it had to be replaced so he gave me an estimate and some time to think about it but we decided to go ahead and have him install them and he was prompt and finished the job in less than 2 hours....

About 10 o'clock Sunday morning, our master bathroom (toilet and tub) started clogging.

After another company couldn't perform, we had Mr. Rooter over to help - HUGE difference.

I've had at least seven different plumbers here over the years and Mikey he was a very first person to run a camera through the entire drain line and show me, which was super cool.

...I got a notification so I clicked on my backyard Ring camera and saw Mikey cleaning everything; while he was doing that he took a brief work call where I could tell he is the type of guy that goes the extra mile and genuinely cares about his friends, and he brings that energy to his work!

I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

I am a landlord and had an issue with a garbage disposal at a rental property. Mr. Rooter was very responsive and came out the same day. The sent over Jesse. It turned out to be minor electrical issue with a quick fix but I will keep Mr.Rooter in mind for future repairs and would highly recommend for prompt and excellent service.
