Ive used them several times for clogs and such but today it was to replace a leaking water heater. They responded on site within an hour and the new heater was installed and running within 2. Each time the staff has been helpful and friendly. I dont know if they are the cheapest but they have always gotten the job done for me at what I consider a reasonable price.

This company charged me for a clean out with a 30 day warranty first time 31 days it clogged again came back. I paid again second time 32 days they clogged again this went on for quite a while. I'm into them for $1400 still have a clog, I would not recommend this company for any work at all dealing with them explain the situation they won't budge like I said not recommend they don't care about anything but money stay away

Today I had Mr. Rooter plumbing come out to my house. The field supervisor name was Johnny T. Johnny was excellent. He came out and fixed the problem right away for me.He knew exactly what he was doing. Did it in a timely matter, and I was very happy I am going to refer Mr Rooter to anyone who is having plumbing issues because of what an excellent job that Johnny did! Thank you again!

I had a plumbing Emergency. The crew responded to my needs and I received a phone call from them that they were on their way out. They inspected my sewer line and found a large crack. They completed the work in an afternoon and I was pleased to have a fully functioning sewer drain. I feel that the price was reasonable for the job. I am an elderly woman, still in an older house and had similar work done about 15 years ago. I am impressed with the knowledge and experience this team has. The workers were had very pleasant attitudes, not like some ""cranky"" plumbers I have met in the past.

Service: replace two inside valves for outside faucets.
These folks answered my call the first time and we agreed upon an appointment time in a few days.
I received a reminder email the day before and a call the morning of the appointment. Dave the plumber showed up on time. He was pleasant and professional. He examined the situation and gave me a quote upon the price. I believe the price was reasonable and competitive.
Dave proceeded to replace the two valves and explained what I needed to know.
Previous to calling Mr Rooter I called another plumber advertising in the Totoket Times (local town weekly paper.) After some difficulty in making initial contact, he came by and examined the job and committed to giving me a quote in a few days. I never heard from him again. His pending quote was to include some components Dave said I did not need, thus saving me some money. This experience made me appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Rooter all the more.
Should I need additional plumbing work, I will be calling Dave at Mr. Rooter.

These people came out to see what my problem was, told me they would get back to me with an estimate and never called back. I called several times and still no response. I called the main office and still nothing. Been 2 weeks.

Although they did come out for a emergency what was told to us was incorrect. We were told that the job could cost us a pretty penny and the tech gave us detail about the job at hand. My instinct told me to call around and get more estimates come to find out that not only was the job totally a different issue, it was much cheaper than going with them!

Had a clogged drain, the response was timely and the problem was solved quickly and efficiently by a very likeable young man named Jack. You should be proud to have him on your staff, he would be great representative of any business.

Excellent service, from the first phone call to the repair itself. They called me first thing in the morning after my 2 am email and were at my house within half an hour. Had I known there is no extra charges for middle of the night service, I would have had them come then and saved myself the aggravation of having no toilet overnight. Jack was extremely nice and professional. He explained everything, gave me the pricing before work started (no surprise upcharges!) and even welcomed questions. He cleared the sewer line completely, even though he had to haul a 75 and then 150 foot very heavy ""snake"" down my basement stairs. Bonus, he was good with my big dog trying to supervise. In short, prompt, professional service at a reasonable rate. Would use again and highly recommend.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! My 79 year old mother's bathroom sink & tub were going down slow, so she called Mr. Rooter. Well now the drains are going down fine BUT they broke a pipe (fairly new replaced in the last few years) in her basement. She called to have them come out and fix what they damaged and the technician laughed at her! He said it wasn't ""their problem"" & she needed to read the ""fine print."" So not only does she need to pay for someone else to fix what they did, they laughed at her! Talk about taking advantage of the elderly, what kind of company is this??? My suggestion is to run, don't walk away from this company.
