My husband called Mr. Rooter because our water heater was going out. Gerry Suarez who is a service technician called us in a timely fashion. He came out and didn't pressure us into getting a new water heater. He said only the pilot light went out. He assured my husband that if anything happened, to call him and he would come back right away. Unfortunately, the water heater took its last breath . Gerry came on time, replaced it and did a great job! Gerry is pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. Because of him, we will be customers for life.

I received a call from the Mr. Rooter office that the technician will be at our house within the hour, he was here in ten minutes. The technician said the job will take about an hour, he completed the job in 45 minutes. The technician's name is Andrew, he's extremely efficient and through, yet, he was extremely patient and just as through in answering my questions. I specifically asked for Andrew because he was on the first call to our house and were very impressed with his work ethics. This was now the second service call Andrew made to our house. Andrew takes his job very seriously [does anyone want someone to be half serious when working on their home?]. He will take the time to explain the issue, explain the resolution in complete detail, the cost to repair, and answer your questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

I was so relieved that David was able to respond at such short notice. He was very polite,friendly and professional. He came out to unclog my main sewer line and took care of the problem in a reasonable amount of time.
I would use them again if I need their service or re-pipe service and I would definitely recommend them.

I have called Mr. Rooter several times over the years. I have always gotten excellent service and reasonable prices. Had them completely re-plumb my house. Done quickly and professionally. I wish all contractors could be as good as them.

I like that your company representative in Santa Rosa answered the phone right away. I was able to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and the technician arrived right on time. He was friendly and personable and got right to work. He also did not treat us as if we caused the problem on purpose. All in all it was a good experience. I will definitely call your company again.

The technician Justin Mann was very nice. He showed me what the cause of the leak was and how he fixed it. He worked very hard to dig the pipe up out of the ground and he got the job done fast and didn't overcharge me.

Had a main blockage and water was backing up badly in our house... in less than an hour they had two service techs at our home and resolved the problem quickly and professionally...Garreth and Sal were the best... could not have asked for better people or service... Get ready to over pay. Anyone want to buy a barely-used thermal coupler? Had these guys over to evaluate and fix my water heater thought it might be a thermal coupler ended up paying $350 for one that took about 5 minutes to install. I'm pretty sure that part wasn't very expensive. Feeling a bit taken by the experience. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. We had to buy our own water heater and thought about having them install it so we could recover some of our money unfortunately even that was too expensive and due to budgetary reasons we could not pay them $1,100 minus the $350 to have them do it..So basically we lost all of our money that never feels good. I will say that they are all very nice and reliable and probably do great work you're just going to pay top dollar for it. They would get a 5 stars for their customer service and how fast they could come out and also for giving free estimates but I do have mixed feelings about the experience I just had.

This place is a joke I called and explained that I had a tank less electric water heater and could they work on it, and would they have the replacement parts on the truck. Of course the answer was yes because all they heard was replacement which they saw as a sales. The person they sent had no idea on how to work on one and said he would have to wait for the field manager to come out to help him which was another 2 hr. wait. After waiting the original rep came back and said that this was a problem for an electrician, and after questioning him he admitted that the field manager didn't know how to work on them either. Wasted my time leaving work to go home for 3+ hrs. to find out that they had no clue about what they are talking about. Don't waste your time here.
