We have used Mr Rooter for years at our business. They have always come thru for us. Recently we had a gasline replaced. The quality of work was great. The crew was on time an the job was done a few days ahead of schedule. Thanks Mr Rooter for a job well done.

The last 'Pineapple Express' storm took out our main sewer pipe. These guys were great at explaining everything and providing an array of viable options. Their bids were competitive, and they provided good financing options. It was a big, 1 week project and they completed the work on-time and on-budget.
Most impressive - all the workers and supervisors always kept me in the loop, explained things in detail a were friendly and professional, with daily status and lots of good follow-up and follow-thru.
So I'll just ignore the dumb company name and call them first for future plumbing 'probs..

We had an issue with a blocked sewer line on a Sunday at 11am and they came out at 3 and fixed the issue. The employee was fantastic fixing the problem and was excellent at explaining what needed to be done and what we need to do going forward.

I had TWO toilets with problems at the same time! Mr. Rooter scheduled a repair appointment right away. It took 2 visits to complete the work, and each time our technician, Eduardo, was on time and great to work with. He was very professional, offered repair/replace options and was a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation about using this company again.

The company sent someone out right away... he did a great job... but it is expensive he did give us a small break but it was over $500 to fix a clogged toilet.

If there was a zero, I'd give it a zero.
I called for a check on a leaky pipe under a cottage. There was a slow drip that looked like it was from one of the big pipes that goes to the main sewer line.
Thinking the drip was because of a clog, I called Mr. Rooter, which has done a decent job of rooting before.
The technician said the pipe was cracked, would need to be replaced, and permits would have to be pulled. A day later I was sent an estimate for $3,982.17.
I called another plumber. There was no crack. A couple clamps were old and needed replacing.
He did the job in under an hour for $150. And replaced a flapper in the toilet for free.
Don't have Mr. Rooter do any real plumbing. They clearly don't know what they're doing.

Johnny of Mr. Rooter Plumbing fixed my the shower head in my Mother's home and a bathroom sink that hadn't worked well in several years. The work on the sink was extensive and he did a wonderful job. He was thoughtful and kind to my Mom (she's 92), which I very much appreciate, and he explained every step he took in the repairs to me. I got photos of the problem areas and he consulted me on issues that needed to be addressed and explained what my options were. He was very nice, cleaned up afterwards, and did a great job. So nice to have functioning bathrooms at my Mom's again! Mom's picky but she's happy to have Johnny come back for any future plumbing issues.

STEVE SPARLIN was a rockstar. He worked really hard to help me fix my tub and even charged me HALF of what oak plumbing was trying to get me for. Literally half the price. As someone who doesn't know much about plumbing I'm glad I got a second opinion and went with mr rooter. I will continue to use them in the future and the technician Steve was awesome. Very transparent and professional the entire time. Now I have cold water again thanks to him. Thank you mr rooter.

Had a busted pipe that I tried to fix myself and I failed to do so. Called mr rooter and they came out did a free inspection price was great and fixed it on the spot. Jason Chavarria was awesome!
