I had a clogged basement floor drain called Mr rooter they came out and tried to snake the main drain and said he fixed it two day latter it backed up. I called asked for a refund and they said they wanted to try again. they did the same thing and said they could not fix it charged me $400. they wanted me to have an excavator out and would have to replace pipe. I called roto rooter the next day they fixed within the hour and said the pipes were fine and the bill was less. I tried to call Mr rooter and asked for a partial refund and she said the second time we came out we have a recording that we told you they would not give a refund. I said did you let us know we were being recorded she said we monitor our service calls. Mr rooter is rip off would never recommend them

If you need plumbing please as Brian from Mr. Rooter!! We had a huge plumbing issue which left us unable to use any water!! He fixed it within 2 days and gave us services to a cleaning company!! It is so honestly worth it, he truly cares about your plumbing and budget!!

Do not make the mistake that I did by not paying attention to the charge versus the actual work done by Mr. Rooter (associated with Airseve). To replace two basic water line valves (Cost even inflated $50) and a bathtub drain pipe (which I supplied!) I was charged over $500 for a job that took the individual only 50 minutes to complete. You do the math on the labor! I have to own my own stupidity, but even when I called their office to complain, they said they would look into it. No callback or response from them. Just got my credit card bill, and of course, they charged the full amount. Was I stupid for agreeing to the work, Yes. But when labor is being applied at $400/hr.... what crosses your mind about the integrity of the business? PLEASE don't make the mistake I made! Find someone else.
