Angela S.Rip off !! Leaking toilet and the guy stated it was the city problem but it wasn't not the city .He wanted to charge me again to come fix the toilet but he said it could be a problem in the parking lot or under the building.Which one is it ?!!
A joke !!
Mingyu C.I would give one stars if I could. The Plumber from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was not honest. We had a leaking faucet on the wall needs to be replaced. I called the Mr. Rooter Plumbing, but they did not want to tell me the estimated cost over the phone even I told them exactly what happened. They said a plumber has to come to take a look at the leaking faucet before telling me the cost. Then a plumber came and immediately told us that either we pay him $371 for replacing the faucet, or if we think the price is too expensive, then pays him $103 for his visit.
Next week a plumber from another plumbing company recommended by my friend came and told us the normal price for replacing this faucet should be no more than $170.
