Me. Rooter Plumming did a wonderful job for me when I had multiple leaks in water pipes in the downstairs ceiling of my house. Their price was extremely reasonable and they were very nice people to work with. They were professional and sympathetic to my problem. James, the owner came to my property himself to diagnose and repair the problem that we discovered was caused by a rat chewing holes in the water pipes. I highly recommend this very professional company and plan to use them in the future if I have other plumbing problems.

My parents had a major grease blockage between the house and the septic tank. Sewage water was coming up the drains and the toilets where not flushing. Technician Mike B. Was great. He arrived first thing Monday morning. He was very polite, professional and honest. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Mike made some recommendations to help with the problem in the future. Thank you for helping my parents. These guys are awesome. We had a plumbing problem over the weekend and they were quick to respond. They charged a fair price and helped me understand how I can avoid this same problem in the future. I had an emergency when my water heater went out (baby and wife need hot water), I will say that they did get a technician out in a very timely manner on a weekend and the technician was friendly. But I was initially told my thermocoupler needed to be replaced to get me back up and running and they gave me the quote for that which I agreed to. well 237.00 dollars later I was told that was not the problem and that my entire water heater needed to be replaced. So, I'm not sure why I had to pay 237 dollars for something that did not fix the problem.... Didn't really seem right to me. Of course I'd have to pay the service fee for coming out and what not, but not for the part about the Job quote that they said would fix the problem which it did not. They gave me a quote for a new water heater and installation....seemed pretty high (just my guess)...anyways I ended up having another company come out (through my home warranty, since 1400 or so dollars was too much for me in my mind for a new one) and they put a new water heater in, they agreed that the price I was quoted was several hundred dollars more than it should have been. Happy with the timely response....not as happy with the service/work (and the gentleman was friendly who did the work, just in regards to the actual work service part that I wasn't pleased with).

The best service in town! James and his crew were very prompt and professional. They charge the same price at any hour of the day or night. They carry the right tool for any job. Other plumbers call them! No job is too big for these guys. I will not call or recommend any other plumbing company. THANK YOU James for relieving my sewer line and my headache!!

James from Mr. Rooter came and fixed a leaky shower! He replaced the stems and knobs to our bathtub which was a harder task then anticipated by me. I led him straight to the leak and in about 45 min he was done. Put in a whole new knob and stem setup, cleaned up, and was out. Loved that he wore clean booties into my shower as he did his job as well, very professional and never felt like I needed to watch him as I did chores about my house.

Called Mr. Rooter and they sent a technician out within just a couple of hours on the same day. James was able to quickly clean out our french drain and get it flowing like it should. He's a friendly guy and very professional; and his services were reasonably priced. I'll be calling Mr. Rooter again, if and when I have my next plumbing issue.
