We called because we had a backed up overflow from our washing machine. They came out the same day and he was very courageous and professional, said he was able to run the snake a good 40' and heard something gush which sounded like it was a clog in the line.
Anyway, we were pleased with the overall visit and service, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I, being a new homeowner and an independent single woman; had no knowledge on how to approach my plumbing crisis. I reached out to Mr. Rooter (James) one evening after exuding every possible way to resolve my plumbing problem on my own, to no avail. I sent a request for a quote to snake my shower drain late one night and received a response and estimate in less than 10 minutes. James and his team had so much insight and awareness of the issue(s) at hand. He was knowledgeable in galvanized piping. (Which, was important to be sensitive about since my home was built in 1939.) He and his team were diligent in ensuring the project be accomplished in a timely manner. It took him and his team 4 attempts to tackle the project. (Due to the fact my plumbing and bathroom was for lack of a better term: a complete disaster from previous owners being so neglectful about the construction and structure of the bathroom.) James and his team were constant in assuring I knew what I was getting myself into. They always offered me feedback, gave updates on their available time to come out and help, they quoted me in advance to ensure I could afford the projects & James even responded and answered to my personal texts when I was seeking advice on new vanities to install in the bathroom.) They treated me with so much kindness and I'm so appreciative that amidst my lack of knowledge and naive understanding; they were attentive to my homes needs. Thank you for dedication to your customers! I'm so appreciative!

Wow, what great service! I called with an emergency blocked drain in the kitchen on a Saturday. They responded and were at my door within an hour and a half. James was very courteous and corrected the problem very quickly! Can't recommend them highly enough. I called another plumbing company before Mr Rooter and they couldn't come until next Tuesday and didn't think my issue was an emergency. I plan to use Mr Rooter again if the need arises!

James has been our go to guy for any and all plumbing/water needs, for quite a few years now! Fixes things at a reasonable price! We HIGHLY recommend.

Last Thursday, I had a severe issue. All my plumbing was backed up. I notified my landlord at bout 9am. he immediately contacted her usual plumber who actually lives around the corner from me. After trying to contact him several times during the day, He finally called after 4pm and said he was too busy to help.
Then my landlord called MR. Rooter. They were able to come out in less than 1 hour and took care of the issue (roots clogging the main sewer line) quickly and professionally.
I would recommend James and his crew. They are quick and professional.

Awesome folks! They take the time to investigate the issue and help you understand the options you have. I had him come to fix a leaky toilet, he then helped me with two other issues I was having in the home. Showed up on time and didn't rush out the door. Thank you for being fantastic!

Never ever do business with these thieves. They charged me $152 to snake out the drain but never did it because I had already used my machine to do it the day before. They charged me $155 to replace the $3 trap which only requires screwing down two plastic nuts. Charged me $212 for the pop up assembly which is a $14 part and I had already bought one. They knew I was grieving from the death of a friend. JUST DOWN LOAD PLUMBING INSTUCTIONS FROM THE INTERNET. Then go to Lowe's with pictures and they will pick out the parts.

Very impressed with their service! After waiting 5 days for my home warranty company to get someone out for a sewer back-up (yes - the main sewer line to the house) the company that finally came out was here 2 hours and still unable to clear it. I was being told the line was probably collapsed. Not what you want to hear after having only purchased the house 3 months prior. I wasn't going to wait another 5 days for my home warranty company to try to get someone else out so in desperation I called Mr. Rooter. I admit I did try calling a couple of other plumbing services first but no one answers their phones and the one other one that did wanted to charge over $100 more for the exact same service! Called Mr. Rooter and they actually answered. They were booked but said if there was a cancellation they would call. A couple of hours later I got a call - they'd had a cancellation and could come right away. They were here probably 10 minutes and had the line clear! Having many years of experience and the right equipment makes all the difference. My home is older and apparently in an area that is notorious for having sewer/plumbing issues. (Ugh! - Had no idea when I bought the house.) So I have a feeling this isn't the end of the problems. But, if it's not, I know who I'll be calling. They did right by me and have earned my business and my trust. Thank you Mr. Rooter!

Make sure you ask about warranty policies before you move forward with them. Make sure you get an invoice as well. Take pictures of before and after. Ask for all the parts that were removed. Make sure you cover yourself.
Two months after they performed a job at my home, we have the same problem. They said they changed the shower valves and left ""as new"", then they turn around and said tenants broke it and admitted to excessive wear and abuse. They basically did not honor their warranty, claiming misuse. To make matters worse, they removed the valve from cold water handle when the hot water one was the issue and dropped the washer and/or screw into the wall, saying we now need to have shower wall removed and possibly hammer the shower floor to get it out. Currently, the water pressure in the house is off and there is no hot water. They turned water power on/off in hopes to create pressure so the washer piece or screw would be forced out. Basically they left it worse. I attempted to talk to the owner. The wife concluded that I was calling her husband a liar when I said no one at the house did what they claimed had been done (to avoid the warranty). I said if we can't agree to something, we're going to have to resolve in court. She raises her voice and said, now you're threatening me. I was to have a talk with the owner later in the day, instead, he only called to say, ""Talk to your attorney"" Honestly!! Are there honest business owners out there!!!
I would give them 0 stars for not even attempting to resolve this properly. Especially when they left the issue worse!

Me. Rooter Plumming did a wonderful job for me when I had multiple leaks in water pipes in the downstairs ceiling of my house. Their price was extremely reasonable and they were very nice people to work with. They were professional and sympathetic to my problem. James, the owner came to my property himself to diagnose and repair the problem that we discovered was caused by a rat chewing holes in the water pipes. I highly recommend this very professional company and plan to use them in the future if I have other plumbing problems.
