We had a house flood damaging multiple floors caused by an unknown source and needed a plumber to the house on the same day to help diagnose and possibly repair the issue. Mr Rooter was the only company out of 4 or 5 that had someone available same day, and came out within 30 minutes! They sent Noah who turned into the hero of the day. He was very efficient and skilled at locating the source of the leak without causing excess damage to walls. We had a full house of professionals helping on the site while he was there - from insurance adjusters, water remediation pros, city water engineers, real estate agents and myself - and he was kind and courteous to everyone and led the work expertly. Ultimately the fix was very easy and very fast and he took care of it in a snap. I would definitely recommend requesting Noah if you have a plumbing need in the future. He is prompt, professional, highly knowledgeable, and he will educate you on as much as you want to know about the issues. We couldn't have had a better plumber to help us in this very stressful and urgent situation. We would happily work with Noah again.

I was told someone will either text or call 30 minutes before arriving, I get a call from the technician stating he was at my residence so I came to the door looked around and he yells from across the street not even in front of my house . When he approached he started talking to me very rude complained that he had been knocking on my door for 10 minutes and I replied that I was told that they would call or text 30 minutes before arrival and he yells I don't call you! I ignored his attitude and showed him the garbage disposal he looked inside it with a flash light and said I needed a new disposal and said it would be 784.00 I told him no thanks and he proceeded to throw up his arms and walked out! I then called Gene Johnson and was told that they could get someone out there between 12 to5 window I approved and then got a call around 30 minutes later saying someone will be there sooner I did get a text so I could track the arrival which was nice and he was very nice and fixed garbage disposal in 10 minutes it had a silver measuring spoon stuck! Didn't need a new disposal!

They won't give you a quote on a toilet installation until they come out and look at the current toilet? I asked for high end/ low end just to know what I'm dealing with, they wouldn't give it over the phone. They come out telling me they'll charge $1,300 to install a toilet. I said no and suddenly they're offering $500 to install if I have my own toilet. The plumber who I was speaking with seemed to feel like I was ""kicking him out of my house"" when I didn't agree to the pricing. Very odd business tactics. I would recommend looking at some other more local businesses as this pricing was nearly double some of the other quotes I got.

Last month we had twice water damage and called Mr. Rooter on Sunday noon. Mr. Rooter helped me to schedule same day. Technician Noah arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 mins but he went into crawl space examined all water pipes to make sure. He advised us to re-pipe a full house with PEX A rather than fixed CPVC partially at an affordable price. He was not pushy about the service at all. Once we decided to go with them Noah did a great job and planned accordingly before he starts the project. Noah is very knowledgeable and professional. Very kind and helpful. Noah, never left the job until they updated me on what they did that day. The whole crew was great, and hard working, and answered all my questions. Another Technician Pejman also did an amazing job with Noah. As this is big project Noah and Pejman worked in a timely manner and had great attention to detail and completed the full house re-pipe including replaced water Heater.

Mr. Rooter was the best plumbing company I've ever had to do the work I needed done. I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that needs a quality plumber at an affordable price

I did as directed , called the 800, asked to speak with the owner , left a voicemail message and callback number the SAME DAY THE COMPANY PLACED A RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW . 48 hours later no contact from this company or it's owner . I have little interest in dealing with the company . Complete waste of time company . Move on to another contractor if I were you .

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Specifically, Tanner he did an EXCELLENT job on my toilets, angle stops (4), sinks, inspected and found weaknesses in my facets and my water heaters (2). He got rid of my old toilets and the boxes/packaging.

I had another company come in that had many many years of experience, but because of the unique design of my custom home could not finish the job. It took Tanner to come behind them and not only find what was needed, repair what needed to be fixed, but then gave me concrete advice on issues in the home that will save me thousands in repairs before I have those issues.

The pricing was less than the other 10 companies I called (this company is very competitive); Tanner came out same day, and tested every part of the house to make sure I would be good to go many years to come. Tanner was extraordinary (19th move in 28 years); the best service ever. Above and beyond.

By the way...no up-sale. Watch out and beware. This company has a flat rate they charge the same across the board; and they offer a military discount.

I write with mixed feelings. I had a leak on July 9 and Mr Rooter was available that day. The first visit was a disaster. The leak could not be recreated so the plumber cut 5 holes into my dry wall. TWO were bone dry. Which a water meter probably could have determined without cutting. He recommended I hire a water remediator service who could help identify the issue. Next day service comes out only to tell me they don't help with the issue but for $3000 they can remediate the site. Next day Mr. Rooter sent two new plumbers, as i requested a scope/smoke test. When they arrived they were unaware of why they were there and didn't have equipment to do a scope. They left. Next day Mr. Rooter sent a plumber to do the scope. He concluded it ""might be"" the toilet in the guest bathroom upstairs and that i didn't need a scope. Next day Mr. Rooter sent yet another plumber. He quickly determined it was a leak in the guest bathroom sink. When he found it was so incredibly obvious and he did a couple tests to diagnose how the water got onto the floor. He was able to repair several days later. Now I'm left with multiple holes in the dry wall. I am not a plumber and completely stumped why this was so hard to identify when it's so visible. I'm quite happy with the last person onsite but frustrated over all with the fruitless visits and subsequent costs. The plumber who cut all the holes in my dry wall did not seem well trained. After the last visit I had another water remediator (not recommended by Mr. Rooter) come out who determined the floor and ceilings were dry and that they didn't need to pull anything up.
