I called Mr Rooter to have a toilet fixed. The number I called was their regional or national number. The person that answered the phone was given all my information about the situation and our location. She was extremely hard to understand and was told it was not an emergency, but she didn't listen very well. After providing all the information, I thought she was going to give me an appointment, but rather, she told me the local technician would contact me for the appointment. It is now more than 24 hours later and NO CALL. I opted to call a local plumber who immediately gave me an appointment to get my toilet fixed. Why is it so difficult these days to get a promised call back? I would not waste your time with Mr Rooter!! They obviously don't need your business!!

I had an emergency, it was a Sunday morning. I called every number I could find for plumbers in my area due to a water heater on my second floor home that had sprung a leak! I finally got a call back from someone at Mr. Rooter, he was very nice, but he explained that they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to respond until Wednesday at the earliest. He even asked me if I wanted to be a plumber. Well at that point I had no choice but become a plumber, however I asked him to put me on his schedule for as soon as possible. I fixed the problem myself and now had a team of guys that were cleaning up the mess. I had 15 fans and 2 dehumidifiers running. On Tuesday a girl from their office called to verify an appointment the following morning and I told her that the problem was fixed by me, but I'd still like to have a technician come and give it a clean bill of health. She told that there would be a $90.00 fee for that. I said fine thank you and see you in the morning. A few minutes later a guy called me back and said, """"No, we're not INTERESTED in checking someone else's work"""". Thanks for nothing except saving me $90.00. Mr Rooter will never get another call from me.

They came by and where quick but failed to mention that it cost around 175 to take a toilet off and to put it back. And after there done you get a 30 day warranty on the work but if they come back they still charge 175 to remove the toilet. My experience was awful problem wasn't resolves asked for them to come back and finish the job never heard from them again save your money find someone else

We've had an undiagnosed water leak in the ceiling of our condo in Beaufort County, SC. First of all, to be able to schedule same day service was a miracle. On top of that, the appointment was able to moved from 4:00 pm to 12:30 pm. AND the technician showed up on time at 12:30 (another miracle). Derek was professional, efficient, and wrote up a clear diagnosis. I could not give a higher recommendation. Being in a condo unit, a lot of plumbers are hesitant to come to units that may have issues with other owners, understandably. I'm grateful that Mr. Rooter Plumbing was willing to show up. On time AND early!

This company was called to fix a clog (washer was not draining). Their plumber said he needed to go through the toilet to run a camera to see the problem. ($200 for them to take it off and put it back on, and no we could not put it back on ourselves to lower the cost). The total was going to be $671. I spoke to the boss, and he quickly interupted me, worked himself up into a frenzy, yelling at me, and ended by saying he was taking his plumber off the job and let someone else deal with me. Well, I am SO GLAD he did! I called plumbpro, they were transparent, told me we could take care of the toilet to save the money. Trit fixed the problem for $225 and guess what! He didn't even need to go through the toilet, and further said that would not have helped to fix the problem anyway, so we took the toilet off for no reason! So $671 to not fix the problem vs $225 to actually fix the problem! NOT a hard choice! Call plumbpro 912-274-8153

Our first visit and work from them was great, fair price and good work, the second visit was expensive, what should have taken no time and cost maybe 250 turned out to be 450.00, he didn't have parts needed in the truck and wasted time traveling to get them, then what was a fair price 2 hrs for 199.00, got completely lost when he went over to 3 hours and it turned out that the bargain for 2 hours disappeared and became 150.00 for each hour, so 450.00 for a simple drop in sink install, beware the price changes if you go over the 2 hours of work!!

This company and staff, especially Josh, are amazing! The receptionist who initially took my call was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Josh came out to our home and he was prompt, professional, trustworthy and HONEST!! I will absolutely use them again for future jobs and would highly recommend!

Josh was courteous, clean and careful. Very professional and prompt both times he came to my house. Excellent communicator - answered all my questions immediately via text and in person. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and use them again if needed.

Mike was our technician for the second half of the work that needed to be completed. Mr. Rooter Savannah and their team was great. They arrived at my house a couple of hours after I made a 5 am call. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and explained the process to me of what they were doing. They also showed what I could do to stop backup in my house in the future. Mike also went above and beyond by calling our HOA about completing the work. Both times they came to my house I had a follow up call from the office two days later. Great customer service and the price for this damage was very reasonable.
