Charlie D.Marshall provided excellent customer service and we are extremely happy with the overall work provided. We had a clog in our kitchen sink lines and other companies we called required an estimate fee for the work and were not available to come out for several days. We were pleasantly surprised when Mr. Rooter offered a free estimate and could be out within a few hours of our phone call. Marshall was very friendly, professional and thorough and kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. Work was done in a timely manner with attention to detail and he even cleaned up inside our home before leaving each day (we've had workers leave an absolute mess so this was worth noting). He also worked with us to ensure we got the lowest cost possible and helped us finance the repair which we really appreciated! We were able to join a loyalty program through Mr. Rooter and received 15% off this and all future services which was great. I really feel like Marshall went above and beyond throughout the repair process and we would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing needs!
