Being fairly new to the area, we relied on Yelp reviews and neighbor Nextdoor for recommendations. I was amazed at how many companies advertised 24 hour service, yet did not answer the phone or return calls. I was delighted to actually talk to Ken at Mr. Rooter to schedule same day service for our kitchen leak... and even more delighted with the prompt and professional service provided by Ellie and his partner Jose. Our leak was fixed and they also took extra time to look at our bathroom sinks. For any of our plumbing needs, we will be calling Mr. Rooter.

I had to fix a Water Heater seismic attachment to the wall. Pete Dusold came and looked at all the options, prices and then when I accepted it he went to get the parts and quickly fixed everything. The job was fast, clean and professional. This is the second time he does something in our place, and just as the first time, he excelled again!

I used these guys up here in Ben Lomond and was very happy with the quality of work, and the prices. Scott and Ellie took time to explain things to me and gave me advice on other stuff that'll help me in the future. They ran a cam up through my lines and we discovered things, like the use of orangeburg pipe, that scares the heck out of me. They show up when they say and left the place clean. All the guys on the crew were very friendly. They were flexible, even working overtime to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommended if you need work on your plumbing, sewer or septic. I'll use them on my next project, replacing some really old pipes.

They scheduled us for the next day, and the technician, Ellie, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He helped diagnose a complicated problem, and corrected it completely. I was pretty frustrated initially with my experience with Mr. Rooter, but I have to give credit where credit is due. They have went above and beyond to communicate with me and rectify the situation. I'm actually not sure that I have ever had a business bend over backwards after a ""fail"" to make it an above and beyond ""pass"". Thank you for going the extra mile. Arriving home after some days away, we discovered that a leak in the water supply line to the refrigerator had damaged the kitchen floors. Unable to locate the valve to shut off the water, I started trying to locate a plumber late Saturday afternoon. I called 3 ""emergency"" plumbers; 2 never replied; 1 said his ""emergency"" plumber was booked for 2 weeks. Sunday morning I tried again and got Michelle at Mr. Rooter. Cheerful, sympathetic and efficient, she sent out Nick, who arrived in 20 minutes. He got right to work -- clean, courteous and professional. Shut off the leak, installed a new valve and even connected me with a restoration company to begin assessing the damage that same Sunday. I couldn't be happier!
