I contacted Mr. Rooter about clearing two slow-draining bathroom sinks and a bathtub drain. Hugo and his trainee J.J. arrived quite promptly and worked quickly to fix all three drains. Hugo was, as usual, very cheerful and happy to answer questions.His assistant J.J., who was learning on the job, was also quite friendly and demonstrated excellent people-skills. A very pleasant experience overall!!

I broke the valve to the supply line for our refrigerator when I was trying to shut it off to replace a leaking supply line. Alan from Mr. Rooter was able to quickly replace both the valve and the supply line. He was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. He provided an estimate before completing the work and explained it well. The cost was lower than I expected.

The estimator was quite nice and professional, the job was done nicely. However, the job was estimated ~$3000 and to be done in one day, but it did not finish in the same day and added ~$1500 to the price. I think if it was estimated ~$4500, I may get other companies to do the job. That is the reason I cannot provide a better rating for this company.

My elderly mom had work done at her home. She mistakenly overpaid $70 on her invoice. She has requested a reimbursement and none has been received. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY

Great response time and service but be ready to pay a premium price. They charged $350 to snake a bathtub drain! Sadly paid since we have houseguests coming and our usual plumber is on vacation. In the clear plumbing charges 1/3 that cost.

Super responsive company, amazing customer service (one time they did forget to mark down my appointment but they made it up by having the technician come the next day and were very courteous about it). Shout out to Josh for analyzing the problem super quickly, coming over on his day off to unclog our kitchen sink, and walking us through everything he was doing/going to do. Seriously so grateful!!!!
