They arrived at the time they said they would. They explained what the problem was and what they had to do to fix it.

They were honest and trustworthy and if or when I need a plumber they will be the only place I call.
While they are not the cheapest plumber out there remember you get what you pay for and Mr. Rooter is a value.

Incredible service! Had a plumbing leak inside my kitchen wall, discovered in the morning. Called Mr. Rooter after reading their Yelp reviews and they were at my house the same morning! We could not get the water main off ourselves and they responded quickly. Appreciated that Stephan and Nate thoroughly explained all the options for repair and cost so we could make an informed decision. They replaced pipe same day, cleaned the entire work area, and made sure we were satisfied with the work and cleanup job. Definitely calling again next time we need plumbing work. I had a major hot water heater problem, leaking pretty bad. Mr. Rooter came out and set up an appointment to replace it right away. I was concerned about it being left on with the amount of water. Larry came out himself and turned the gas off as that was my biggest concern. I have been a customer since 2014 and have had some large projects done. I have been very happy with their service. The only one time I ever had an issue, as soon as it was brought to their attention it was taken care of.
This water heater replacement was a big job due to the age of this house and new building code requirements. Austin Bauman was the technician and I could not be more pleased with his work. He was very courteous and kept me informed throughout the entire process making sure I understood and was satisfied with what was being done. He made sure the area he worked in was clean before he left. I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr Rooter of San Joaquin. The staff was very easy to talk to and very responsive, I called at 11:00 PM and got a call back first thing the next morning. My plumbing was fixed by noon. I coun't expect more, these guys did a great job and the price was competitive.

I am a first time customer of Mr.Rooter, and I highly recommend calling them if you live in Tracy, and have a plumbing crisis. Over the last few weeks, we had discovered that our toilets were draining slowly, and starting to have bubbles come up, like a fish tank. So we called a different plumber and they cleared the line, twice. But we knew something was not right, so we then heard about Mr.Rooter and gave them a call. Bob came out promptly, in a timely manner. He knew the problem, and after determining a plan of action, he knew he would have to excavate to find the problem with the sewer line. He came back promptly, when he was able to do the job. Bob was able to get to the bottom of the problem, it turned out to be a defective sewer line connector, which is the part that connects the plastic pipe, to the clay pipe. I highly recommend Bob, he came out in a timely fashion, was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable of the problem. So as I said earlier, if you have a plumbing emergency, and need someone who will get the job done right and in a timely manner, call Mr.Rooter.

This was the very first time I used Mr. Rooter. I called the company to install a gas line to a fire pit that I was building. It ended up being a complex job. It took several days to complete. What impressed me most was that the service man kept a positive attitude and was determined to complete the job. The company billed me appropriately for labor and parts.
