Service professional John Clark just left our house he did an outstanding job went above and beyond with his service. After he left I went to clean out the tub from the grease and old food chunks that were in the pipes and found that it already done that. I would highly recommend John and his company for anyone that has plumbing needs.

Today I met the best plumber in the world Mr. John Clark from Mr. Rooter plumbing. I love this company and my plumber John he explained everything to me the how and the why he even took out time to show me what he needed to do on my new house. John was kind and he did great work. I was given an estimate of $634.00 to replace a main water shut-off valve. The technician Josh Celestine seemed like a good man so I trusted him enough to give me a fair price. He told me they do not charge by the hour but charge for the job. He never showed me the pricing on his book. I told him that we live paycheck to paycheck and this will put us in a financial burden for the month. He dropped the price down to $500.00. Clearly. this tells me that he's not being honest about their pricing and just calculated numbers and see if I bite. Due to time constraint and we needed water I decided to have him do it.. This company is not honest and would not recommend this to anyone.

I used their web page to request service for a licking bathtub on Thursday. Within an hour their scheduler called and schedule a tech for Friday.
Plumbers are always late but the scheduler continually called me with updates. When Joshua arrived he was clean, professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
Pricing...well I can't say they were unreasonable or reasonable but they were laid out on a chart so you know what exactly you're paying for. I really liked that.
They will be getting my business the next time a plumber is needed.

I sincerely appreciate all the hard work and effort by Mr. Rooter and their outstanding service tech, John Clark. They worked very closely with me and my particular situation to bring about a speedy and complete resolution. I really was impressed with their willingness to adjust their appointments to accommodate my needs. I've had Mr. Rooter take care of my plumbing needs in the past and was again very impressed with their professionalism and sincere customer relations. They genuinely cared about my needs and took care of them to my utmost satisfaction. When additional outside work needed to be done, the team (and especially John) worked hand in hand with the other company to get the job done. Thanks Mr. Rooter and thank you John Clark for getting me out of a very ""sticky"" situation.

Terrible Service. I felt cheated by them. The Guy not only did not finish the job, he kept increasing the price. He showed me the book with the hourly price.
He only accomplished digging the dirt (took the whole day?? really) and did not do any repair of the pipe. That cost me 492 dollars. When I canceled the job, I got another 114 dollars charge?? Be ware. The technician was too slow so that he can charge hourly. I could dig this dirt in 1 hour myself. I had no confidence in him and thus canceled the job.
Too expensive for a job someone else charge half and get the job done on time. I finally decided to go with local company and get it fixed in 1 day for same money that I paid Mr. Rooter for digging the dirt in my front yard.

I called to get an estimate to replace a tub spout and kitchen faucet. They were unable to give me a price by phone and offered to send a technician. I asked the technician about the cost of the visit and was informed they come out to investigate for free. After inspecting the items, he sat down and gave me quotes to replace both items and then just one. At NO TIME was I informed there was a $191 service fee. Based on the written estimate, it appeared the tub spout was going to cost me $241.36. After convincing us to add the membership, the total cost was $306.96. Keep in mind, they only replaced the tub spout with diverter, NOTHING ELSE.

I decided to check prices online and found the same part was priced $16-$25. When I called to question them, I received a call back from the technician trying to explain their overhead costs to me.

I would not recommend this company. If you decide to use their service, make sure you get ALL information upfront before you authorize the work.

I feel very lucky to find this company to help me out promptly. I got an urgent call from my tenants today; they found lots of water on their driveway. I searched Yelp, I remembered I saw Mr. Rooter cars on road many times. So, I called Mr. Rooter at noon. Leetta picked the call and made the arrangement for me right away. Very quickly, John went to the property. John is an honest and experienced professional plumber. He checked the problem, and told me that that issue was belong to the City. I am impressed by his high integrity. He could charge me some money, but he did not charge me one penny. Both Leetta and John are very helpful! They even try to save me more money in the future. I believe: with such great staffs at Mr. Rooter, this company will grow very fast. I will definitely use this company again. I strongly recommend this company to ALL!

Thank you Mr Rooter and your technician Mark Dominguez. We live in an older manufactured home. For the past 3 weeks I have been dealing with a backed up tub and toilet. Tried everything to fix it ourselves. Finally I got the name and phone number of the preferred plumber to our community.

It took a while and I was prepared for it to be bad. But Mark came out at about 11:30 AM and left around 4 PM. He had to completely cut out all the piped from under our sink snake the lines to to main system and it still wouldn't clear. Well after years of former owners dumping grease down the drains it ended up to he had to Jet scrub all of our plumbing lines.

Mark explained everything and did an amazing job with excellent customer service.
