Mr Rooter is fast and efficient. The seal on our toilet busted and it was leaking under our brand new wood plank flooring. They were there within the hour and fixed it right up. They respectful of our home and wore the coverings over their shoes. They're our go to plumbing people from now on!

Came home from work to find the garage flooded. Washing machine drain overflowed. All sinks in the house were backed up. I knew we'd need the drain cleaned out so I called and set an appointment for the next day

The person who I spoke with explained that the company didn't charge emergency service fees which was nice, so I booked the service.

The tech arrived timely and was very friendly and helpful. While he was checking one of the bathroom drains he noticed the very shoddy installation that had been done for that sink drain (hubby had a pal do it). It had always bugged me, plus it leaked, and the tech offered to fix it. After he quoted me a price I agreed to have him fix it properly.

We had a great chat, he was super knowledgeable and my dogs loved him (and vice versa). I have never been so happy with a home repair service.

My sole complaint, and the reason I didn't give 5+ stars is the cost for the drain cleanout service was easily double of what I was expecting. He did tell me up front, and I needed the job done so I had agreed to it, but it was still a hit I wasn't expecting. He did quote a fair price, in my opinion, for the sink replumb.

I'd highly recommend Me. rooter for the job, but be prepared for the cost

He explained plumbing pricing changes, was knowledgeable and friendly, yet very professional. Also was only bid to offer expanding opening on shower surround vs other wall that would have been living room. Not the least expensive but very nice, thorough and quality work.

I had a leak coming into my basement directly in line with the main water supply pipe. We called them out and they charged $60 to look at it. The person they sent out was calling back and forth to her boss for about an hour and finally said ""you need a new water line for $5800"". Well our water line is only 20 years old so I did not think the whole thing needed to be replaced and said I'd think about it. My son came over and did a little digging and found a connection had broken where the supply line met up with the copper pipe going into the house. He repaired it for less than $50 in parts. I wish I could get that $60 back.

$500 to blow out a clogged pipe seems kind of nuts but he was already here and i had no working toilets in the house. They did the job well but i can not give a positive review of a company that charges that for less than an hour of work.

Could have not have been more helpful!! I had a water heater give up the ghost the late afternoon before Easter, and they came out and assessed the issue and returned Easter morning, without complaint, to install the new unit. Helpful, cheerful, and great work. I'll definitely be using them again!

Really have enjoyed working with Mr Rooter so far. From my first interaction with Atara (sp) they were extremely professional, called when they were on site (they did the estimate for me when I was at work) and walked me through the scope of work and pricing. I had to call their office on another day and they remembered who I was and called me by my name.. just a nice experience so far. Thank you

I have had the WORST experience with this company. I had a leaking exterior faucet as well as I wanted a new bathroom faucet installed. I work out of town so my 80+ parents agreed to be there when the plumber showed up. They were quoted a price they felt was very high but at their age did not understand the scope of the job so thought it must be an extensive repair and would take several hours at that price. 1.25 hrs later, the plumber with Mr. Rooter was completely done and expected to be paid $550!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My parents being elderly, went ahead and paid even though they felt it was robbery. Of course, they should have called me before approving the price to begin with, but they did not understand it was such a minimal job until after it was done in barely over an hour. I called the Mr. Rooter office to complain and was told too bad, we charged you a fair and reasonable price. Seriously??? I knew exactly what they needed to fix the leaking faucet so I priced the materials at Lowes and it totaled less than $50!!! So their labor charge for 1.25 hours was $500!!!! I asked to receive a call from local owner Jeremy Wolf but so far nothing. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
