I have had the WORST experience with this company. I had a leaking exterior faucet as well as I wanted a new bathroom faucet installed. I work out of town so my 80+ parents agreed to be there when the plumber showed up. They were quoted a price they felt was very high but at their age did not understand the scope of the job so thought it must be an extensive repair and would take several hours at that price. 1.25 hrs later, the plumber with Mr. Rooter was completely done and expected to be paid $550!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My parents being elderly, went ahead and paid even though they felt it was robbery. Of course, they should have called me before approving the price to begin with, but they did not understand it was such a minimal job until after it was done in barely over an hour. I called the Mr. Rooter office to complain and was told too bad, we charged you a fair and reasonable price. Seriously??? I knew exactly what they needed to fix the leaking faucet so I priced the materials at Lowes and it totaled less than $50!!! So their labor charge for 1.25 hours was $500!!!! I asked to receive a call from local owner Jeremy Wolf but so far nothing. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

After calling Mr. Rooter for a drain clog I waited until 2:30 to find out they would not make it that day. I was not available the next day, so, I scheduled it for the third day and was told I was second on the schedule and that they would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Although I left explicit instructions with the phone number to call, my husband waited all day, never received a call, and Mr. Rooterman arrived late. We paid more than twice what it would have cost with another service. What a mistake! We will not use them again.

We called to have Mr. Rooter install a new dishwasher. The dealer's installer charges $130, but after looking at online installation videos, it seemed like it could be done for less. Mr. Rooter, via Jeremy, came out and quoted $395!! We paid him his $69 house call fee and sent him on his way. It appears I'm not the first to nearly get sucked in.

Daniel Fauria came to our house and fixed our kitchen sink drain. He was very professional, friendly, and informative, and, even at the end of what was long day for him, made sure that we were satisfied with the work. Great job.

Erin Hackney and his partner came out this morning and worked through a mess of piping and issues with the house I'm renting. They were very professional and polite. Took care of all the issues and now everything is working great. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone to use.

Beware of this service. I had a ""soft plug"" in which my kitchen sink was draining slower than it should be and my washing machine would cause overflow into the sink. I have an older house on a slab foundation with galvanized pipes, so likely some corrosion of those (which was identified pre-""repair"" by the Mr. Rooter professional). I'd had two other plumbers come out to address the problem. The first fixed it for $110, but that only lasted about 8 months. The second recently attempted repair, said that he was unable to address the issue, and did not charge me because he couldn't repair it. Mr. Rooter arrived, got their equipment stuck and lodged lodged in the pipe (now I can't use my drain at all), charged me $250 for the ""work"" that they did, then gave me a quote for almost $12,000 to fix the problem that they didn't ""cause"" but certainly exacerbated. Call me crazy, but the ""do no harm"" principle seems to be applicable. Maybe they do better work on newer homes. There seem to be a lot of positive reviews. At this point, I feel screwed and now have to shell out even more money to fix the now quite costly problem.

Brett was at our house/business almost as soon as I hung up the phone to make the appointment. We had a clog pretty far down the line and Brett was able to diagnose it and get it cleared pretty quickly. He then spent the rest of the time giving the waste line a thorough cleaning. He wasn't content just clearing the clog, he wanted to make sure that he got as much residue out of the line as possible - hopefully avoiding another call. He was incredibly professional and didn't seem to mind me watching what he was doing. It wasn't the cheapest - but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

Mr. Daniel Fauria came to our property today to survey the distances between the well, the septic tank & the drain field. This was needed to satisfy HUD & FHA for the Mortgage we are seeking.

Mr. Fauria was professional, efficient as well as friendly & personable. He knew just what to do & did it quickly & carefully. He had had a long day already and another job to go to after ours. He was not rushed or frustrated. A true Professional!
