We are a nine unit Apartments. Always some issues with plumbing being a older place. I Had called them 3 times in the last two weeks. Always gets here when he says, Professional gets the job done properly. The only issue is price. If they would not try to sock it to me by being a regular customer I expect a bit of a discount. So Mr. Rooter work with me and I will with you. Four star just watch the price

The hot water went out and then we were getting no water. Instead of checking the water line like we asked, they installed an overpriced water heater. Then said we had to call an electrician to hook it up. Of course once the water heater was hooked up, there was no water flowing into the house. Exactly what we asked them to check. Also the plumber sat in his truck drinking alcohol. They had to send someone else the next day to replace the water lines. We probably did not even need the expensive water heater.

My older mother called them as leak detection is limited in her area and they offered that service. They came out and never found anything but her bill has more than doubled. They offered a re-pipe quote to her of $9600!! Mind you her house is 1000sq ft and one bathroom and 2 outside hose connections. I called and questioned the quote and was told """"that's the price"""" so I told my mom I'd get some more quotes, but she said she already give them a deposit so now I'm thinking they pushed her to re-pipe. She called to get her deposit sent back and she was told that she would get that and the bill for the leak finding for $325. I wasn't understanding why she was getting a bill for something they never found! So I called and spoke with Tina, the most unprofessional, ignorant, foul mouth, naive manager I've ever spoked with that wouldn't even let me get a word in after I questioned the bill. She was yelling at me, talking over me and was oblivious. Please beware, especially if you're a senior using this company! The other re-pipe quotes I got today were half the price of them! They are just trying to take advantage of the seniors....

Our toilet was leaking around the flange, and the tub had a dripping faucet. Curtis came out and was able to replace the flange repair kit that was on it already. Then he knocked out the dripping tub. Mr Rooter was quick to respond to my call and had Curtis to my house by 9:00 - 9:30. Fantastic and would highly recommend them! Their price was on point as well!

My main line was clogged and Mr. Rooter technician came out and snake out the mainline. They were very professional and the price was fair for the work they did. The only issue I have now is the kitchen line is clogged and was never tested when the technician was at the house. I may need to try and snake out myself. Other than the kitchen sink not draining the service was excellent and professional.

Called Mr. Rooter about a pull down kitchen faucet problem (Chris) . They advised me to buy one and gave me an estimate which I did. After receiving the faucet Curtis installed the faucet no surprises. Curtis was knowledgeable professional and efficient. Would use them again without hesitation.

This is a very unfortunate review. Installation of my moms new hot water take went quickly and smoothly for the most part. The financing, however, a real problem. My credit was ran 3 times as well as my mothers 3 times and the company the tech chose due to a """"bug in the iPad system"""" was a company that they don't use and couldn't figure out until the next day how to get the transaction done and only then would the put the new tank in and SHUT OFF THE VALVE FOR MY MOM TO THE TANK THAT WAS STUCK. The water ran for almost a full day AFTER the tech was there because he couldn't begin the work due to the financing issue. Not only will this put a negative mark on MY credit for multiple applications being run, but my mother, who is on a fixed income, will have a FULL DAY WORTH OF WATER FROM THE CRACKED TANK THAT SHE WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR BECAUSE THE COMPANY SHE CALLED TO HELP WOULDN'T TURN THE WATER OFF! The technician was prompt and the installation was smooth, it's a shame the other issues happened because this would have been a much more positive review otherwise.
