Tyler H. was very helpful and professional during the project. He did a very fine job and kept us informed during the project.

One of the worst companies to work with. they came in broke things in my house. ghosted me for two months and are now refusing to take responsibility, saying it's a weird coincidence that my plumbing was broke the day after they left. Over priced, unreliable and unprofessional.

We originally spoke to Home Depot and they had told me the price to replace a spigot outside which was $200. it was a bit steep but we said. So they told us to contact Mr. Rooter to schedule the time. When that they came for installation they told us to pay $59 before Mr. Rooter can install the new spigot. once they arrived they told us they can install it but they will not be liable for any leaks after installation. which we agree. it took them 15-20 minutes top. My wife had signed and pay which we were surprised because it was only $99.36 cents plus the $59 . A day later I checked my account they transaction was different. they took $59 and $933.12. so we called them that they over charged us. We spoke to the manager and he said that's what we agreed to pay and even signed it. From there we don't know what to do because it had my wife signature. if this was the price they told us in the begin with we would of said No because I think it's too much for just a spigot replacement. Beware....Mr. Rooter are pretty slick scammer. Maybe they think we will not do or say anything because we have a business which money doesn't matter? I don't know but they will be no longer do any business with me and I will for sure tell other businesses that I know to stay away from Mr. Rooter.

I got work from them multiple times which was my own fault. Most of the work is fine or at least average but they spring a lot of expenses on you and make errors that they have no accountability for. I have a very tacky drywall square cut in my bathroom ceiling because the plumber guessed wrong.

Most recent work is biggest factor in giving them 1 star. When doing a simple water softener installation they decided to do unnecessary work on my laundry drain. They said it was because it was not up to code but the changes they made cause the drain to overflow and spill water on the floor which did not previously occur. This was also not necessary work to complete the job they were hired to do and they didn't ask me if it was work I wanted to do. They created an issue that didn't exist previously, that didn't impact the work they were hired to do and tried to charge me more money to fix it.

I called the office to speak to someone about it and was told a manger would call me in a few minutes. I never received a call but someone did resend me a copy of the email I received the previous day with my invoice. I'm guessing they wanted this to suffice as a phone call since it states on the invoice they can do work as needed to fix things that are out of code. But again, the work they did was not necessary for this job. This treatment was incredibly rude, unprofessional and classless by their office staff/management. A horrible company that makes frequent mistakes, has no accountability and has horrible customer service.

We needed our kitchen sink unplugged- Received a call from their office to pay upfront for the house visit right before they arrived. The technicians showed up, wanted to see where our drains were in the laundry room first thing, then proceeded to go thru these expensive service plans, before even taking a look at the problem! We said No to all of them as the cheapest was near $400- We didn't appreciate the sell job & do NOT Recommend them!

This company will jack you. They did a job which just two years ago was just over two hundred dollars and charged my wife 1500 dollars. Unless you have tons of money and like to be screwed for being a woman don't use them.

I am giving them a one start because I could not find anything lower. I called this company to exchange the drainage from one of my sinks. I bought all the material, just needed a Plummer's expertise because of how tight the space was. This task could literally take under one hour. I was shocked at the price quote of $640 dollars for a half hour job. Now it made sense why they refused to give me a 'ball park' estimate over the phone and insisted that I pay them 59 dollars just to send someone to take a look. The 'plummer' was in my house for less than 3 minutes and on the phone with 'a boss' who sets the prices for nearly thirty minutes. I have tried calling the company afterwards and no one will pick up the phone.

I am even wondering whether it was all a scam. Next time you need a real plumber, call B & C if you do not want to be ripped-off.

Tech left us with an undersized cleanout cap which has left us exposed to sewer gas for the last 4 days (and counting). A safety callback due to company error should be a priority NOT a canceled appointment and pushout to nearly a week post.

I am really blown away at how wonderful this company is. The office communication is on point, the prices are fair, and the service techs are wonderful. Trevor is just the bees knees. Super friendly, experienced and clearly communicates and shows you everything. He walks you through all your options and I am super grateful to be in such good hands with them.
