I am giving them a one start because I could not find anything lower. I called this company to exchange the drainage from one of my sinks. I bought all the material, just needed a Plummer's expertise because of how tight the space was. This task could literally take under one hour. I was shocked at the price quote of $640 dollars for a half hour job. Now it made sense why they refused to give me a 'ball park' estimate over the phone and insisted that I pay them 59 dollars just to send someone to take a look. The 'plummer' was in my house for less than 3 minutes and on the phone with 'a boss' who sets the prices for nearly thirty minutes. I have tried calling the company afterwards and no one will pick up the phone.

I am even wondering whether it was all a scam. Next time you need a real plumber, call B & C if you do not want to be ripped-off.

Tech left us with an undersized cleanout cap which has left us exposed to sewer gas for the last 4 days (and counting). A safety callback due to company error should be a priority NOT a canceled appointment and pushout to nearly a week post.

I am really blown away at how wonderful this company is. The office communication is on point, the prices are fair, and the service techs are wonderful. Trevor is just the bees knees. Super friendly, experienced and clearly communicates and shows you everything. He walks you through all your options and I am super grateful to be in such good hands with them.

If they actually showed up for the appointment, I might be able to give them a better rating, but when you schedule an appointment in advance, take time off from work and are waiting there for them when they cancel. Not worth wasting your time!

Drains cleaned quickly and effectively. On time, friendly and professional. Removed lots of grit from garage drain, and now draining fine. Company sent us receipt in mail.

Trevor Gustafson stayed until 10:30pm to finish jetting out drain pipe. Cleaned everything up with no.fuss at all. Was very happy with his work as I am sure I would not have been so nice, ending the day as he did with the mess of roots we had.

I called Mr Rooter to come out to unclog my sewer to the main out in the street; they got the snake stuck where it connects to the city main in the street they couldn't get it out so they cut it off and left. Had to have them come back and finish cleaning drain but they still couldn't get snake unstuck.Had to hire a contractor to come dig up road and replace connection to sewer main. These guys are worthless wish I could give them negative stars

I have had Tyler come out to do different work 3 different times. He has been professional and did exactly what needed to be done every time. I like that when you start working with a plumber it continues to be the same one every time you set up an appointment.

More worried about getting you on some plan were you pay more money. I have had the same area in my house that springs a leak. The exact place. Sooner or later I would say instead of band aiding it I would look for the root cause. Find someone else. If you are looking for someone to get to you fast and do a half assed job then these guys are for you.

Manager of my store told me there was a sewage smell in the back room. She called this place to have a plumber come find and fix the problem. He showed up, looked around, then told her to pour water down the drain and the smell would go away. A week later I received a bill for over $150, but it turned out that wasn't the problem. I wasn't worried about the money, just wanted things fixed. I called and asked him to come back out to help find the problem, but he said he wasn't in the office and would call me the next day, but he is refusing to return my call. The next time I was in the store, I checked out the drain (manager had been pouring water down it for 2 weeks with no result), and I noticed a piece of pvc pipe coming out of the wall about 3 inches from the drain he was talking about. Turns out this used to be a drain for a washing machine, but was never sealed. I sealed the drain and that fixed the problem.

Moral of the story: If I, a person with no plumbing experience, can find and fix a plumbing problem faster than a plumber, there is a problem. Find a different company.
