these idiots just couldnt do honest work smh Mr. Fernando Barragan came to my home to see what was causing my water pressure to go low in one of my bathrooms. Fernando actually told me that he would first check the screen on the tip of the faucet and see if it was bad and needed to be replaced, he went checked and removed the original screen and he held back to tell me that that very screen needed to be replaced and water pressure would run good after. Story short he talked a good talk saying theres many other replacements of pipes and jiberish that needed to be replaced underneath three different sinks in the house and he said the whole job will cost me $1,700. In my case this crook Fernando Barragan was caught doing dishonest work and all I needed to get fixed was have my faucet screen replaced. Bad Buisness and Bad Experience with this Plumbing Company don't bother using these people!!

Great customer service, Santiago and Jose were amazing. I am currently single parent in the home so when it comes to house maintenance it can be really difficult and I wasn't sure where to begin with my plumbing issue. Santiago and Jose were so kind very helpful. They were so quick to resolve my issue.
They showed me what the problem was and they gave me options on how to resolve the issue. They were so reasonable with me and really tried to work with me and help me out. I am so grateful for their services. I've been dealing with this plumbing issue for quite some time and as quick as they came is as quick as they fixed my issue. I was soo surprised and I just had an overwhelming feeling of relief. I am a strong believer, and I I know it was meant for me to make that call to Mr. Rooter plumbing. Thank you guys soo soo much.

I called these guys expecting to make an appointment. Instead they came out that day. Due to the hour they had to come back the next morning to finish. They were prompt professional and respectful. Here is why I included respectful. The job required that they dig a hole next to the water line. Well there happened to be a small plant there maybe maybe 6 inches tall. They carefully dug it up and when they were done they put back where it was unharmed. Now I didn't nor do I still care about that plant but they did. Great job great service great people. Thank you I enjoy writing good reviews. It is not as often as I like but hey you deserve a good review.

Explained the problem that was happening with the plumbing issue we were having. He unclogged the main line for me in no time. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter services.

I called Mr. Rooter on 8/22/2022 for service on finding a leak that caused water to rise from under my flooring in several rooms of my house. I called the office at 5:37pm and Santiago the technician arrived at 6:17pm. Very prompt and attentive to my concerns. I had a different company come by on 8/21/2022 and tell me I had a slab leak and it would be $9600 to repair. I was told to turn off my water so the leak wouldn't continue. Santiago was kind and considerate and within 2 minutes of walking in and listening to me explain the problem, he detected where the leak was coming from and fixed it within 5 minutes. It was a cracked/broken thing in my AC unit. I turned my main water back on, and that night the water ceased from accumulating and has been drying since. No more water on my floor. So, to the ""different"" company, it was not a $9600 slab leak repair, it was my AC all along. Times are tough for a lot of us, and the service, respect and compassion I was treated with speaks volumes for this company. I appreciate you so much for helping me during this stressful time of my home flooding. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will never use any other company.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and this was very frustrating to my wife. We had called a few other companies but they didn't have a guarantee on the price. Armando came out and we explained the situation. He and Brandon?(I'm bad with names) were able to get things going pretty quick. After a couple of tries the clog came out and water was running down the drain again! I really appreciated their professionalism and not giving up. Thank you!

A pipe broke in my yard connecting to my hose line. I was very impressed with this young man, Ray Godinez, who promptly addressed the issue and repaired the line quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was fortunate that his crew was working at another house on our street and Ray was able to come over and take care of the issue. I will definitely use this company in the future. Thanks Ray for a great job done.
