This place is a SCAM. I had them come out to fix a clogged shower. They told me it would cost nearly $4,000 to fix the shower, but that the problem was even bigger, and that I actually needed to replace the entire house's sewer drains for nearly $17,000. I had another company come out, who was able to resolve the problem, using a snake for 100 bucks. These guys are desperate for commission. Beware.

I called them and they were very fast on responding upon arrival I told the tech to do a leak detection and he did, and he didn't say anything either he found a leak, also told me that he called his manager to do some pipe planning, and his manager did more testing and trying to find where the leak.... Suddenly all 3 guys went out the house and in the garage and when they came back in the house the manager says I have 4 - 5 LEAKS under the concrete slab.....
So he gave me his price of $35K TO RE ROUTE A NEW LINE I almost fainted!!!!!!
I finally called American Leak Detection who they work on my plumbing issues before.....
BOOM!!!!! They only found ONE LEAK!!!!!!!!
They're working on the issue now for the price of $2,800
MY ADVICE TO YOU PEOPLE IS TRY TO GET AT LEAST 3 ESTIMATES AND READ SOME REVIEWS

We had trouble connecting our gas dryer. Angel came out assessed the problem, quoted us a reasonable fee and replaced the necessary parts. In less than an hour we had a working dryer. He was very professional and I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Jose P, you missed the whole point of my review. When I called the number that was not the plumber I was looking for and specifically asked your EMPLOYEE what happened to the plumber I thought I was calling your employee could've very easily said you called the wrong number, but they said we bought his business. That was a total all out lie, a FALSEHOOD . Unethical business. Somebody will lie when presented with a straight question, that business will lie about anything. Why would you do business with somebody like that?

these idiots just couldnt do honest work smh Mr. Fernando Barragan came to my home to see what was causing my water pressure to go low in one of my bathrooms. Fernando actually told me that he would first check the screen on the tip of the faucet and see if it was bad and needed to be replaced, he went checked and removed the original screen and he held back to tell me that that very screen needed to be replaced and water pressure would run good after. Story short he talked a good talk saying theres many other replacements of pipes and jiberish that needed to be replaced underneath three different sinks in the house and he said the whole job will cost me $1,700. In my case this crook Fernando Barragan was caught doing dishonest work and all I needed to get fixed was have my faucet screen replaced. Bad Buisness and Bad Experience with this Plumbing Company don't bother using these people!!

Great customer service, Santiago and Jose were amazing. I am currently single parent in the home so when it comes to house maintenance it can be really difficult and I wasn't sure where to begin with my plumbing issue. Santiago and Jose were so kind very helpful. They were so quick to resolve my issue.
They showed me what the problem was and they gave me options on how to resolve the issue. They were so reasonable with me and really tried to work with me and help me out. I am so grateful for their services. I've been dealing with this plumbing issue for quite some time and as quick as they came is as quick as they fixed my issue. I was soo surprised and I just had an overwhelming feeling of relief. I am a strong believer, and I I know it was meant for me to make that call to Mr. Rooter plumbing. Thank you guys soo soo much.

I called these guys expecting to make an appointment. Instead they came out that day. Due to the hour they had to come back the next morning to finish. They were prompt professional and respectful. Here is why I included respectful. The job required that they dig a hole next to the water line. Well there happened to be a small plant there maybe maybe 6 inches tall. They carefully dug it up and when they were done they put back where it was unharmed. Now I didn't nor do I still care about that plant but they did. Great job great service great people. Thank you I enjoy writing good reviews. It is not as often as I like but hey you deserve a good review.
