I will say they worked me in very quickly. Called Thursday evening and they were out Friday morning exactly when they said.

Unfortunately that's the best I can say as all they didn't even attempt to fix anything before immediately recommending we get an $800 hydroscrub to unclog a pipe. Something they claimed they couldn't even do at the time because the temperature outside was too cold for the equipment to function and we'd have to set up a different service call.

Suffice to say my roommate said heck with it, bought a $40 plumbing auger and a couple bottles of degreaser and we've fixed the problem the issue ourselves for a fraction of the price.

I do understand a hyrdo scrub would be efficient and help ensure less buildup in the future, but it seems awfully price gouging to immediately try to upsell it without even trying anything else first.

Price gouging, worse than the oil companies!! They charged us $619 to fix a short 17 inch section of drain pipe in the basement. Check the photo....the section between the two black pieces!! And when the plumber arrived, I had already removed the damaged rusty section myself!! He had to go to Lowes TWICE to get parts, and I have no doubt we were charged for that screw-up as well. The job took over 2 hours!! If our sink and dishwasher weren't shut down from this, I would have told them to get bent. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

Knowledgeable plumbers provided great service to reroute plumbing and fix toilet flange problem. They arrived on time, and were a neat/clean respectful team. I recommend Mr Rooter and will use them again when the need arises again.

Mr Rooter plumbers Mark and Matt arrived right on time as scheduled and completed repairs to bathroom tub fixtures and checked pipes in crawl space for leaks. All good! Cost was outrageous. Tech said there was a cracked sewer pipe farther down then he could reach. Someone else had to come out to look at it. They found no cracked pipe. a totally different pipe was clogged. I wasted $500 for nothing.

Awesome experience from the very first phone call! After calling several businesses who were not available to help us in our emergency situation, our 4th call to Mr. Rooter was a blessing! They were professional and responsive to our situation right away! Unfortunately, we had to get a new septic and water line installed - but they were fantastic! They kept me updated via text and email, and sent pictures and videos of the work. Their promptness and professionalism was outstanding.

My mom's water line had a blockage which caused water from the washing machine to overflow the nearby toilet. Water poured onto nearby floors. My mom is 90 and had to have the problem corrected today (Friday). Mr Rooter responded. Nick Harten arrived on time and removed the blockage which required 110 feet of snake. Bravo. Nick was professional, explained the process. He cleaned the area before leaving. A hard job done well. Thank you Nick.
