I purchased a gas dryer from Home Depot. Waited three weeks for delivery.
Home Depot delivered the gas dryer. The gas inline shut off was stuck. Even with another gas inline shut off was relatively close. They refused to install the dryer.

Realizing this was small project. I contacted Mr. Rooter. The technician arrived the next day. Very knowledgeable , replace the gas inline shut off above the dryer and ensure the gas dryer connection was properly installed.
He reviewed the install with me. Ensuring the gas inline shut and dryer connection was secure.

I appreciate his time and consideration. He honored the $40.00 coupon. The costs were what I expected.

This company installed my $12000.00 boiler in September 2014. In Feb 2, 2021, I called this company due to my boiler was building pressure over 25 /overpressurized, and water leaking in one of the pipes. Because they installed it, I assumed they should know their system well. They told me that to diagnose they required $150 for an hour. The technician came and asked me to turn the heat higher and the hot water. He didn't see any leak while standing there and also stated on invoice no malfunctions. But he provided me he believe he could do that costing over $1500.00. He didn't believe the slightly over 25 PSI is high when during installation they told me that the pressure should be around 15 PSI as normal. Pressure high this system will leak. He left me with no good diagnostic and $150 charge. Few hours later the pipe leaks again and called the manager about it. I know the technician didn't even bother checking the bottom of the pipe to feel water before leaving my place. The following day I called the office again because my system was leaking all over the place and asked them to zoom, duo, face time with me, etc. to see what the technician had missed. I video record it and send it to them and asked them to come back and give me a proper diagnostic but they said they NEED ANOTHER $150.00 to come back. Of course, I am not going to pay another time when they were just there few hours ago and provide a bad diagnostic and didnt even bother to lower the pressure. Yes I agree with other review they are not good. They can basically come to your house and take $150.00 for doing nothing. I disputed with my credit card, but credit card told me to call them and inquire about this dispute. I did what credit card told me, spoke to a woman and was told that I am trying to get another $150.00 credit from her when the card already provide me the credit. This is not true!! She was telling me that I was scamming her for $150.00. Manager was very unprofessional. The whole company was a scam since the beginning for charging me $12000 for a system they don't know anything about. They told me that I am entitle for a credit for having this high efficiency boiler installed. They never did the paper work for it or possibly did it but took the credit for themselves. BAD COMPANY to deal with. If I could download video I will post it here to see the problem. If they are such a decent company they would be willing to duo, face time with me and see the issue that I need for proper diagnostic but they don't want to because they don't know the issue about this system they sold to me and only want $150 diagnostic fee for going to your house doing nothing. I have a warranty home insurance that will pay for a proper diagnostic. Obviously they don't want to do it.

I called Mr. Rooter because I had a leak in my bathroom sink. To my pleasant surprise I was able to have someone come out that day. The gentleman who came was very courteous and professional. He had the problem solved in no time. I highly recommend them. This is the third time we have used them and have had excellent experiences every time.

I had a great experience with this company. I called them for a clogged drain in my bathtub, and they were great about scheduling since I wanted to get the septic system pumped before they arrived. I also had them address a mixing valve issue in the downstairs shower since I was not getting enough hot water, and I knew there was an issue with the mixing valve. Dan was the plumbing representative that did the work. He was knowledgeable and communicated with me every step of the way. His boss stopped by with a part that afternoon and they identified that my gas hot water tank was leaking and was beyond it's life expectancy and provided me with a quote. They identified other issues that they could address to bring the installation up to code. Dan returned the next morning to take out the existing gas hot water tank and install the new one. I was given a quote upfront for all projects and that was exactly what I paid. Everything is working fine, and I would definitely contact this company again. If you are looking for a bargain, probably not the company to call, but if you are looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, knowledge and a positive outcome, well worth the investment. And, lastly, Sue that was the first point of contact for this company. She is super friendly and efficient.

excellent excellent--service. very accommodating to my schedule and prompt timely service. gave me the best / worst case scenario for my water heater which was making discolored water come out the faucet. if ever in a situation where i need plumbing, i would absolutely call again.

Prompt service and excellent repair, but cost was rediculous. Won't quote till they get there, but has a book with set prices. Clogged kitchen drain-$360. Had to move p-trap pipe so he could more easily access pipe-$135. $460 to clear a clogged pipe from too much down the disposal. Luckily took the $40 coupon from their website.

Had a very good experience with them. Had a leak from one of my main pipes making showers impossible until it was fixed. They came on a Sunday morning and fixed it, no problem. Our service guy's name was Pedro. He was very respectful and showed us exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. We signed up for a year membership and although we hope we never have to use it, we feel confident that if we do, the problem will be fixed. Thanks guys.

plumber arrived this morning, walked up 10 flights of stairs to keep his appointment with me, he's unable to take elevator as is very claustrophobic, great customer service, did a great job as well
