They took my info. Then the lady said that dispatch will call to schedule or see if they can come out today. They never returned my call. So went to another company there lose.

So my wife calls for a plugged toilet and urinal at the restaurant, they quote her a $250 min. And she agrees. First thing the guys do when they arrive is tell her, no it's a $325 minimum. She calls BS and they agree to the original quote. After unclogging the toilet they tell her that they need to pull the urinal off the wall and need an additional $800 to $1,000 authorization. Now I was a plumber for 25 years but am out of town. I get on the phone and this guy tries to BS me as to why it's such a difficult job. I just replaced a urinal at our other location, took me 30 minutes, including clean up, washing my hands and picking my nose. After letting him dig himself a big hole of lies I let him know about my work history. He is so deep into his story, he won't back down and even insists that unclogging the urinal wasn't included at all in the original $250 minimum quote. This guy is a scammer/fraud who preys on people he figures don't know anything except the line of BS he is spewing. Buyer Beware, much better service companies out there that charge an honest price for an honest job!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND....

To say I was pleased with the service I received from Mr Rooter, would be an understatement. We had a leaking main valve outside our house. It was causing some pretty substantial pooling/flooding in front of our house.

I called Mr Rooter that afternoon and they had two guys show up within 2 hours of the call. The guys were super nice and professional. I showed them where I found the leaking valve and where the water was coming up and pooling. The water was also running into the street. I had to shut the water off to the house for the night.

It was already late that day so they said they would be coming back. They provided me with a quote and stated they would be back soon. The next morning at 7am sharp, I received a call from (the owner I believe). He said they would be coming out ASAP.

The same 2 guys from the previous day arrived just after 8am and got to work. They were very nice and professional and told us every time they would be leaving to get a part and explained our costs thoroughly.

The Mr Rooter guys worked at our house for over 9 hours and got the job done. The price was fair and they were very efficient.

I got a call from the owner afterwards and he asked if I had any questions and explained everything in detail. If you are looking for any sort of plumbing needs, use Mr Rooter!!!

Richard came out to look at our water heater where the expansion tank sprung a leak. During our first call, he helped me stop the leak without having to come out and charge me. The next day, he showed up first thing and verified the problem. I have a home warranty and Richard spent quite a long time on the phone with them getting the work authorized. Turned out, the whole water heater needed to be replaced, and Richard took it upon himself to call the warranty company and got the authorization to replace it. The next day, he was at our home, replaced the unit in a very short time. Richard did great work, helped us with the warranty company, and was alway prompt and ready to work. We will be using Mr. Rooter from here forward.

As everyone knows, we are in the middle of ""shelter in place"". What a great time to have a toilet back up. I searched for a plumber online because i didn't have anyone that i used recently, and Ben Franklin is evidently not in the area any more. The technician, Richi, came earlier than the scheduled time and was finished within an hour. Worked with me on the price because of the current situation and did an excellent job. I will definitely call him again. I very much appreciate his kindness and his wonderful work ethic. Highly recommend!!

Took 2 hours for a tech to respond and come to my house. When he got here, didn't have the parts to fix the toilet, said he would be back the next night & scheduled time. Never showed, no call. My daughter called them to fix their toilet, scheduled 3 different times over 3 days & never showed up. How this company stays in business is beyond me-whoever answers their phones doesn't care at all about the issues.
