Pleased with the service we received. very professional and friendly, explaining what needed to be done and why. Showed up same day and ordered part & returned next day to complete, as promised. Only reason not 5 star because it seemed too expensive & quote for future work seemed very pricey

They shut off the main water line, told us they found the leak but can't fix it, want us to repip the whole thing, and gave us a quote of 23k, we told them we'll have to think about it, then they went over and tried to turn the water back on, told us it is broken now can't turn on the water unless we pay extra to fix it, thanks for nothing

Mr rooter was very fast and they surely did the job done. They didn't milk us and just told us that they should do our toilet first, instead they checked the entire community and found out it's the entire communities problem. We ended up paying nothing.
