I would only recommend Mr. Rooter in case of an emergency. Work was done but price was indicative of a company with a customer over a barrel. I tried to reach out to other plumbing companies in the area and they were the only ones that could make it out in the same day. Good work, but have your wallet ready.

I called them to run three gas lines to various appliances, I have a crawl space under the house and a gas meter on the back wall. They quoted me $5500 in the house and $6100 when the rep called after the inspection. I questionEd the high price as the materials was less than $400 to do the job. This company charges certain people higher price to do jobs. another company charged me $1500 to do the job. Stay away!

My technician was friendly yet professional. Had to go back to shop to get some parts but returned very promptly, completed the job& cleaned up debris. I was pleased with the work & would definitely call upon them again.

The technician was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He was appropriately dressed for safety. Unfortunately the desk or scheduler didn't write up the work order correctly, so this delayed some of the maintenance. The technician continued to work even in the rain and did a great job. The technician is a keeper.

The rates are way too high. Please compare before you have them do your work. You will always save money with someone else. They are a chain and corporate dictates the rates and gets a percentage also. Be smart!

They came out EARLY on Tuesday and the job was done on time by Wednesday at noon. Needed all new pipes and I spent $1500. We are very happy with them.

not only no...but helll no!! if there was an option for no stars i would use it! long story short my fiancee thought she lost her engagement ring down the shower drain and went into panic, we had just got engaged a week before, she was crying and upset so she calls this company yesterday and gets tameka on the phone and starts to explain to her what she thought just happened and asks is there any chance of getting her ring back....what was tomeka's response?? she starts laughing??!! i know because i was standing there listening to my fiancee say ""did you just laugh?!} and she replied ""well yeah..i mean ..that's not cool"" my fiancee went off and was like why the hell would you think this is funny ? and she replied well, i never heard of anyone doing that before..""are you f***ing kidding me ??? seriously??? she is lucky i couldn't go through the phone at that minute ! never....ever...ever..use this company!!! btw..we hung up on her called another company (eastern plumbing) and they were polite, professional and above all compassionate to the situation and yes...we found her ring!!!!

Thinks its appropriate to charge $2700 to clear a main clog. Firm takes advantage of emergencies. A clog that could have been cleaned with a power auger.

Absolutely horrible! This company made an appointment with us so we took the day off of work and they never showed or called. When we contacted them they said that they no longer had anyone they could send out. Period. No call. Nothing. Ridiculous way to run a business.
