Could not have been happier with this company. From the answering service on a Saturday, her response, the time it took for Lee to come all the way into Panama City Beach to his service and attitude. I will let our management company know how impressed that I was with this company and their service call in hopes that our other residents will use this company when needed. Five Star!!!!

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing! I called on a Saturday morning and they came within one hour of my call. The plumber was extremely professional, neatly dressed, kind, friendly and honest. They fixed the problem in 45 minutes, but charged almost $900 for 3 ft of pipe and their time. I would suggest you find someone who will give you a labor price that is affordable.

They rescheduled day of (just a few hours before) our appointment for a week later Making us have to go without a shower for entire week. If you were going to reschedule and make it that far away we would've called somebody else

Best pluming service in Panama City beach area. I'm may take time to schedule appointment, but it is absolutely worse it. Zack and his team were very professional, fast, knowledgeable and punctual. I highly recommend this service.

They came out for a clog, and determined it was in the line in the yard. They cut the line, and let the raw sewage dump in our front yard """"until they can get their digger machine to replace the rest of the line"""" which would have been a 10 day wait. They sold us a """"preferred customer"""" contract so our job would be bumped to the head of the line, then the next day said we'd have to wait 4 extra days. And in the end, we paid over a grand for an estimate for a total sewer line replacement to the city sewer, when the reality wound up being it was less than 10 feet of pipe that needed replacing. They were prompt getting there though... so they have that going for them.
