I'm a repeat customer from 2018, so when I had a leaky kitchen faucet & a broken pressure gauge, I immediately called Mr. Rooter of Palmdale. I made the call in the morning and spoke to Tracey. She was friendly & professional. She was able to have someone come out the same afternoon. I didn't have to wait too long when Hugo & Jose arrived. They looked over the situation and gave me an estimate. There was no high pressure sales tactics ever mentioned. They came over the next morning and within about 2 hours, they had replaced my old faucet with a new one and I also got a new pressure gauge for my water line to the house.
I am really glad that I have a ""Go to"" plumber that I can rely on for all my plumbing problems. They always kept the work area clean & there rates are reasonable. I always have a pleasant experience with the all the people at this Company.

Today I got a panicked call from my mother-in-law's caretaker saying the living room was getting flooded. It turned out to be the hot water bib in the laundry room failed. I was working more than an hour away and the caretaker had no idea how to turn off the water to the house so it was a very ugly situation. I called Mr. Rooter and Tracy answered. I explained my situation and the stress in my voice was obvious. She not only scheduled someone to come out, she called the water district to come out and shut off the water! She did not have to do that, but she did and it was a game changer. Once the water was off, I was able to clean up and prepare for their technician's visit. I had to head back out to work and left the project in my wife's hands. Turned out that the entire box for the water bibs and drain needed to be replaced. It wasn't cheap, but prices sounded comparable to similar projects and it was done quickly, professionally, and they were extremely nice.

I cannot stress how Tracy's actions made a very bad situation into a completely solvable one. The was no significant damage, nothing irreplaceable was destroyed and as I write this review, life is back to normal.

I called had a leaking shower head set up appt they came out and gave a estimate for over $500 to put a Cartlidge in my shower. I thought I was being punked , but wasn't couldn't believe it. I would would never call or recommend anyone to them I do want to stand economics is going up but 540.00 is over priced for a Cartlidge to be replaced a 10 minute job is sad that people are still trying to rip other people off but God bless him I got it fixed for $100

Called for an appointment and talked to a nice lady who set my appointment for between 2-5 on sat April 10 2021. It's 8:24 pm they never showed and didn't even call to let me know they couldn't make it. I used these guys once before same thing never showed until I called a dozen times. Will never recommend these guys to any one nor call for service again. I'm really pissed off because I needed my toilet flange fixed. Thanks guys for nothing

This is the biggest rip off I've ever encountered. After installing a hot water heater. Over $1600. They suggested I get my kitchen sink drain cleaned out. I heard him say $45. So I said OK. when they handed me the bill it said $500.00. I just about lost my mind. I'm screaming at them. They reduced it to $250. Still grossly over priced. Just need to post this rip off joint. The worst con game ever. Disgraceful. Shame on Mr. Rooter. ROOTER THE Rip OFF company.

Checked their website which stated it serviced my residential area; however when I spoke to receptionist she advised me the manager stated they DO NOT service my area. Poor information listed on their supposed website.

Jorge Vallarta (aka SUPERMAN) was a true professional and explained in details what was needed to complete the repair and how much it would cost. In addition, he provided accurate timeline to finish the job. He was willing to call back the office when I requested to negotiate the final out of pocket costs and his leadership gave our family some wiggle room for savings. Above all, Jorge was kind and extremely helpful in providing preventative maintenance tips that could avoid water damage or costly repairs in the future. Thank you again and keep saving the world one home visit at a time, Superman!

Was promised a refund in early October and have not received it.
I had blockage in my kitchen sink, bathtub, and toilet. The technicians came out and fixed it at a cost of $2500. Fast forward a couple of days and the sink clogged again. They came out and fixed it. Fast forward a few months and the bathtub clogged again. They come out and quoted me $1800 to fix it!! The technician had ran a snake and told me the pipe was broken and they charged me $120 for the visit, even though they were out here before to repair all this stuff. I call another plumber to get a second opinion and he comes out and unclogs the drain in about 2 minutes. $80, done and has worked fine ever since. I call back because i want a refund of my $120!!! They came out at the end of september and i still haven't received the refund, after no less than a dozen phone calls to the office. The process has gone like this..okay, i will relay this to the field supervisor and have him contact you. Days go by, finally get a call. supervisor tells me he will have a talk with the technician. Once again, days go by. I call the office and i'm told he's in a meeting and will call me at the end of the day. Nope, I call back the next day and connect with the supervisor and he tells me he was in the field all day yesterday. Interesting??!?! Anyways, he tells me he approved the refund and sent it to accounting. Fine. More than a week goes by and I call back, OH, accounting has approved it and cut a check. Fine. Another week goes by, I call back, Oh it's here, do you want us to deliver it or mail it? Since I live pretty far, i said go ahead a mail it. Another week goes by, she says, i don't know what to tell you, it's been sent out. I told her it's ridiculous that this is talking so long, and she got upset and told me it's a process. and hung up on me. So now it's mid December and nothing.

I called about my water heater and Jorge and Ellis came promptly. My water heater needed to be replaced - It was 30 years old and had just given up the ghost! I now have a new energy efficient water heater professionally installed. Great job Jorge and Ellis! Thank you!
