I called Mr. Rooter, When I had a pipe burst at my house, flooding the backyard. I was able to turn off the water, so it wasn't as urgent of an emergency, however, Shane from Mr Rooter came out within a few hours. He quoted me a price over the phone, however, upon completing the work, he reduced the price, and charged me less money. He said the job was more simple and took less time.

I also had a few other projects in my home. Put in a pressure regulator to save my plumbing from damage, checked all my faucets for proper water pressure. FANTASTICO!!

He came back to change the water line for my toilette, which ironically took him way more time, and he not only charged me less money, because he honored the price he quoted on the phone. I now use Mr. Rooter for all my projects, in my home

Staying at my mom's condo in Palm Springs after the bad air from the LA fires drove us out of town. The hot water wasn't working so these guys came out to check it out. It turned out to be a relatively minor issue but they fixed it quickly, said some kind words of support given our situation, and then refused to charge us!

I was stunned and needless to say we will use them for any plumbing need as long as we have property in Palm Springs. Class acts.
