I was in desperate need of a plumber on 9/3/18, because of a sewage problem today on Labor Day weekend. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing this morning and they had someone come out within a couple of hours. I had sewage drain in my front yard because of some kind of blockage. Marcos of Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to the rescue and accessed the problem. He used a camera and cable and told me that the blockage had cleared itself . He was very professional and helpful. Needless to say I was so happy to hear this. Mr. Rooter Plumbing didn't even charge me for the diagnosis . They informed me that they give free estimates. I just wanted to write this review because I was very impressed with this company .Thank you Marcus and Mr. Rooter for helping me solve my plumbing problem and for giving me peace of mind to enjoy the rest of my weekend. I highly recommend this company , they are fair and professional.If you have a plumbing problem why not call for a free estimate.

I will definitely use them in the future if needed and will also recommend them to family and friends.

mr. rooter was an excellent choice when i had a plumbing emergency. i had a mainline stoppage wherein both bathrooms in my home were unusable. this was the fourth time this happened and due to other companies not having correct equipment or cameras to correctly diagnose the issue, it was not repaired correctly. marcos was efficient, professional and knowledgeable . their pricing was very fair and the work is guaranteed for 3 years! catrina is the administrative contact person, amd she is wonderful. she was super efficient and nice and took care of everything, answering all of my concerns, putting me at ease. thank you to this great staff at mr. rooter, palm desert! - susan t.

Drains and plumbing never go south at a good time. My plumbing crisis was on a late Friday afternoon. Jeremy of Mr. Rooter showed up within minutes of my call, carefully addressed the situation, presented a plan, and worked to implement it. Drains in an older home can be problematic and he worked out the solution like a carefully crafted puzzle.
He was on time, professional, worked hard, and cleaned up efficiently. I would definitely call him at Mr. Rooter again.

We purchased in Rancho Mirage and the house needed some plumbing updates. Jeremy and his colleagues were prompt, efficient, thorough, and fairly priced.

One particular bathroom fix was very tricky and they took the time to analyze and execute it with great success. Well done Jeremy!!

Called, the associate shows up announces charge will be $275 to run snake, a little high, but then after some time announces additional charge will be $1200 to run water pressure hose down drain plugged with grease. I call a plumber I know, he says standard charge for pressure water cleaning is $265. Mr Rooter reduces price to $875, I tell them to clear out. I Get drain cleaned for $265. Stay away from price gouging Mr Rooter, Bad people, taking advantage of unknowning Seniors and others.

I called because my sink and shower were draining slowly and Jeremy was the plumber that came out that same morning. He did his diagnostics and showed me what the problem was. It is reassuring to be able to see on the screen what the problem is and know that the work that needs to be done is what is necessary to get the job done. Jeremy was able to get partial relief that day. The following day he and Ramon were here and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with Jeremy as he was knowledgeable, courteous, and left the work site looking as good as new.

From start to finish, I found Mr. Rooter employees to be kind, courteous, and quick to help me solve my plumbing problems. They are easily accessible. The General Manager David even visited our home to oversee the work being done. Technician Justin Carpenter was friendly and helpful, explaining what procedures were being done to solve our problem.
