Dave, the owner was very helpful, understanding and patient, and was able to send someone out to help me the same day. Joel Ruiz, the plumber, suggested that they put in a clean out line in the front of the house which is easier access instead of on the roof. He came back and got the job done. Everyone at Mr. Rooter was hard working, kind, professional, knowledgeable and they did an excellent job putting it in and cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely keep on hiring them. Thank you for all your hard work.

Our visitation from this company was seamlessly five stars from beginning to end. They reminded us of the appointment 48 hours in advance via email and called us to let us know that someone would be on the way and when he would arrive the morning of the appointment. The plumber (also the GM) came exactly when he was projected to and greeted us as though he was a longtime friend rather than a contractor! We didn't need to be serviced THIS time, but David's deliberation and honesty spoke volumes about his and the company's ethics. Now we know precisely who to come to for any plumbing repairs/maintenance in the future. We will even be excited to schedule it!

I have used Mr Rooter Plumbing a couple of times, the latest was a large job to fix my sewer pipe which due to the age had tree roots inside the metal pipe which were causing it to continually back up. The job took 2 days last week and they did an amazing job. Lance and the rest of the crew had to work outside in 110 degrees digging a trench to get to the pipe and then shooting a liner inside the pipe. The customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Had a break in the sewer pipe that was a builder issue. The builder allowed me to use Rooter. They had to demolish the concrete slab in my driveway. They damaged the road, left a complete mess & they did not provide an expansion joint like the other side of my garage. It obviously looks dif. Got ignored & then told, ""the concrete guy says your property does not need it."" They we're happy to take the $6k yet, not shoot at me for pointing things out that still needed to be fixed. Not a good business.

Just had a very nice experience meeting the owners of Mr Rooter and their lovely family. We had a nice conversation about their company and their highly ethical policy of not increasing service fees at night or on holidays. We just used another company that charged an inflated service charge at night when we had no choice.
We will definitely use Mr Rooter next time and recommend them to our friends.

The gentleman by the name of Saul was extremely professional and assuring throughout the process, which turned out to be quite extensive. We have an old house and our plumbing has been sketchy for years. It finally gave in when a few weeks ago all of our toilets and showers backed up. Mr. Rooter sent a team of two including a gentleman called LANCE. He was so professional, informative and alerted us of costs every step of the way. Not only that but he did an amazing job snaking our entire house. We have had people to the house before to snake the property and I have never seen anything like the thorough job that LANCE did. From the property floor to the rooftops, he really left no stone unturned. The job turned out to be much larger than we hoped for but then again, we knew that sooner or later we would need a big job done. Unfortunately we had roots from our palm trees eating into our pipes.The job took up to three days. Our plumbing is now 100%. I am baffled by the negative reviews that state gouging and over pricing. That's what it costs to have this kind of gnarly work done! Great work Lance & Mr.Rooter

Thank you to Mr. Rooter! My Mom called another plumbing company she had used before and they quoted her $195 to come out and unclog the toilet. Being on a fixed income that is quite pricey ...to unclog. She called Mr. Rooter and they came out same day unclogged the toilet no problem and then did not charge her a dime! It was very kind hearted of them! She is 93 years old and didn't have the strength. They didn't take advantage of her as I have found other business will do, sadly. Kudos Mr. Rooter you have made a new customer and we will speed the word!
