Mr rooter came out and fixed a pipe under my condo. David also offered to pay the detection company to find the leak. They found the leak fixed the pipe and charged me 2500. So at the end of the day they did not pay the detection company. And the the pipe broke within a couple of weeks and they did not guarantee their work. When I called them back they came out and said I needed to repipe unit at the amount of 8800. Of course they gave no credit for 2500 I already spent. I do not recommend them. I called a repiping company name GandW they came out repiped the whole house cleaned up closed up all walls did city inspection all in 3 days for 6900. Very professional and honest.

Marcus was very knowledgeable and educated us about the problems we were having.Gave plenty of alternatives and how to assist us with our plumbing issues. No attempts to upsell and was very prompt and courteous.

You better NOT! If you ask for an estimate you will be given an outrageous doom and gloom estimate of ""necessary"" service at an incredible price. In my case to snake (blow out) two lines it would be $2000.00, and this for no existing problem but just considering preventive maintenance. For the line from the street attending to landscape another $1000.00. I am sure they know what they are doing, but they will sell you, at outrageous out of whack rates, that which does not need ""doing.""
With these kind of people they would likely find something more that also ""needs"" to be attended to. Where do you find such people that are willing to take such advantage of others? Call your trusted ""handyman"" and ask him for an equally trusted plumber recommendation. The handyman may be able to solve the problem as well. WATCH OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called with an emergency - toilets backing up into shower stall due to clogged sewer line at our Palm Springs house.
Joel came out here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, cleared the pipe and arranged to come back with a more long term solution to mitigate old pipes and an outdated clean-out system. He finished the job the next day and offered a guarantee on the work.
All of the one-star ratings here on Yelp are due to perceived higher prices (and one disgruntled employee). Of course, you can always find someone who will quote a cheaper price just to get the work, but this job was done quickly, correctly and cheerfully. Joel was super nice as was the manager, Katrina. Sometimes you just have to pay what it costs to get the job done right.

We had David and his crew run new water pipes throughout our home. A huge job digging through the dirt, cutting walls running lines. A new water filtering system thst doesn't need to be be taken apart and washed down every 6 months keeps our windows and showers sparkling. They even ran a gas line for our tiki torches in the backyard.

On time, respectful and nice to deal with.

So disappointed. The phone receptionist said that the company's policy is not to give out any pricing for services, instead the plumber will give you a price once they get to your house. The plumber did come & he said it would be $350 to snake our plugged drain! Randal's plumbing was $99 for the same service. We have had great service with Mr. Rooter in Seattle, so I am not sure why the local franchise would run their business this way; it felt like a 'bait & switch' to me.

I have using David's team for about 10 years....the key thing about them is that they are always there no matter when you call....holiday, night, weekend.....and that is very important to me. If your plumbing is not working, YOU are not working! Recently called again, needed the team on a major sewer line problem calling for replacement of a segment. The work was timely, clean and restoration of work site was complete...from beginning to end. Totally satisfied with Jeremy, Grant, Ramon....these guys knew what they were doing and were able to identify and save costs during the project which of course makes a customer happy.

I was in desperate need of a plumber on 9/3/18, because of a sewage problem today on Labor Day weekend. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing this morning and they had someone come out within a couple of hours. I had sewage drain in my front yard because of some kind of blockage. Marcos of Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to the rescue and accessed the problem. He used a camera and cable and told me that the blockage had cleared itself . He was very professional and helpful. Needless to say I was so happy to hear this. Mr. Rooter Plumbing didn't even charge me for the diagnosis . They informed me that they give free estimates. I just wanted to write this review because I was very impressed with this company .Thank you Marcus and Mr. Rooter for helping me solve my plumbing problem and for giving me peace of mind to enjoy the rest of my weekend. I highly recommend this company , they are fair and professional.If you have a plumbing problem why not call for a free estimate.

I will definitely use them in the future if needed and will also recommend them to family and friends.
