When our bathtub suddenly lost water pressure, I was confident it was something my fiancé and I would be able to fix ourselves. However after taking apart our entire bathtub fixture, and no luck diagnosing the issue, we realized very quickly that we needed to call a professional. When I called, I spoke with Katrina in the office who was so sweet. She asked me a few questions and told me they would send a technician ASAP. Within a few hours, Lance showed up at our house, was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and had everything fixed in no time! From start to finish, I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be using them again should the need arise. Thanks Mr. Rooter for taking care of us!

I called at a little after 4PM on a Tuesday and told them my toilet had clogged up. The woman answering the phone was very pleasant and said let me see who I can find and I will call you back within 10 minutes. 5 minutes later she calls and schedules the guy to be at my home by 5:30PM. He is on time and fixed the problem. Excellent customer service.

Marcos from this company was on point, professional, explained my issue with no BS straight to the point. Marcos found my issue told me what it is where it is also in a way I could understand. Mr. Rooter was priced really high to actually fix my issue (hence the four stars) Just like everyone I ""shopped"" around to get bids to actually ""fix"" my problem I gave Mr. Rooter the chance to meet or beat another bid I got because of Marcos I really felt I was in good hands with Marcos but the owner would not meet it or beat the other bid I got, so unfortunately I had to go with another company to ""fix"" my issue that Marcos found and Marcos explained my issue correctly. If you have any plumbing issues call Mr. Rooter and be sure MARCOS is the person to come to your home. If you are the owner reading this give Marcos a raise he deserves it Marcos really took care of me as a customer and coming from a customers stand point you take care of your employees they will take care of you the owner.

I Called Mr. Rooter to come and clear a clogged drain. Marco came with an assistant. He did a nice job. I have no complaint about the work done. When finished, he wrote out a receipt. However I cannot read the scribbled description of the work done, which was finished on 6/17/20,
So I called the office and spoke to a woman, requesting a typed receipt
for my records so that I will know exactly what was done. She said I would have it the following week. I never got a response so I sent a letter requesting a typed receipt with detailed descriptions of exactly what work was done. A week or two passed and I still have no response. I
spent $4,150.87 which I was promptly charged for but when it comes
to the administrative part, so far, a bad mark. I spent a lot of money and
I think I should receive prompt satisfaction for my simple request.

We had Joel come out on a Sunday to fix a clogged up garbage disposal. He was on time and very polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this local business.

I contacted Mr. Rooter because my shower faucet was leaking and would not completely shut off I do have some knowledge of Plumbing because I have remodel several homes. The plumber showed up seem to be a very nice person and gave me an estimate of $399 for parts and repair. The price was outrageous so I looked on YouTube and was able to make the repair for less than $3 I completely support a business trying to make a living in these very difficult times but I don't agree with the business taking advantage of people.

Mr. Rooter took on the worst job you can imagine. Our sewer line collapsed and we had to break ground inside our rental unit and out through the patio. Marco and the Mr. Rooter guys dug 4 feet down into the ground to locate the pipe that was 40 feet long. They finished the job within a day and a half !! ... laid in a gorgeous new pipe ... and superbly cleaned things up !! And they charged us only 1/5th of what others quoted. We highly recommend Marco and Mr. Rooter.

I could not have asked for a better technician to come to my home! My kitchen sink as well as my laundry sink weren't draining. I looked on home advisor for a recommendation and several company's came up. I chose Mr. Rooter because as a kid, my mom used ""Roto Rooter"" and the name brought back some good memories. Anyway, Joel came to my home and discovered that my pipes had roots. Certainly not what I was expecting. While Joel was at my home, he showed me how to drain my sink if it ever fails to drain again (while i'm saving for repairs). He gave me an estimate for running a new line to bypass the roots. Although I cannot afford that at this time, I will be having it done in the near future and Mr. Rooter will be the ONLY company I'll be calling for that service. In addition, as I was asking Joel about the name ""Mr. Rooter"" he mentioned that he has a really good boss who runs the company on doing the right thing. It is not often that a technician speaks highly of his boss, but Joel certainly did. Priceless! Mr Rooter came on a Sunday morning in the time that was promised to clear our kitchen drain. The technician was friendly and efficient and showed us the pictures with his snake camera when he was finished. Cost was in line with an emergency call on a Sunday!
