Lance did a great job fixing a clogged kitchen drain in one hour after the 2.5 hour failed attempt by a handyman. Lance was courteous and conscientious. Would highly recommend!

We had a sewer backup in our bathroom and Mr. Rooter was able to come 90 minutes after it happened. Initially, they thought it could be fixed with just a moderate repair, but as they got into it, they realized it was much more major. They deployed 3 repairmen, and although it took the entire day, they were able to repair the whole thing so that we could use all of our plumbing that day. They had to do a final finish to the repair (including doing liners in our pipes) a couple of days later, but it didn't take more than 3 hours. It was a pricey repair, but we live in an older house with original plumbing. All in all, we thought it was quite reasonable, and we truly thought they were above and beyond professional. EVERYTHING was returned exactly the way they found it, including decorative rocks and they also hosed down the entire driveway (where they had shoveled all of the dirt). Thank you to Joel and Saoul (we did not get the older gentleman's name). And the owner David was extremely helpful and friendly as well. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again (though hopefully we won't need to).

We recently purchased a home in Rancho Mirage and I was concerned about the indoor sauna that we do not use but came with the house. New to the area we did not have a plumber established. I called a couple of plumbers who did not return my call. When I called Mr. Rooter, they answered promptly and listened to my concern then scheduled a plumber to come out. I received communication when the plumber was on his way. In less than 24 hours Saul showed up to take a look at the problem and I was concerned it was major. Saul in minutes resolved what was not really a big issue-very impressive. He was professional, kind, and quickly knew how to easily resolve. Trustworthy, I am keeping Mr. Rooter on my list of who to call for plumbing.

Plumber just left and I feel totally ripped off. I had called my local realtor for a recommendation because I was concerned about this very thing. I experienced overflowing toilets this morning and called Mr. Rooter and pleased by their quick response, however, that quickly changed when I was quoted $450 to clear the clog and a recommendation for a $5000 repair in the future. When I balked it was reduced to $350, which I agreed to because I had overflowing sewage and an appointment I could not miss in the afternoon. It took less than 10 minutes fix the clog so when the plumber requested payment I told him I felt ripped off and his only response was - everything is really expensive right now. I feel stupid and taken advantage of and I hope I can help you avoid the same thing - don't use this plumber!

Mr Rooter replied to my request almost immediately and sent his Technicians the next day. They arrived on time, assessed the situation and completed the bathtub spout/diverter replacement in about 30 minutes, replacing the spout and supply line from behind the tub in the linen closet. The techs were professional and quickly figured out how to make the repair and were in and out of the house in about 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable- in fact, less than I expected, and less than estimates I rec'd later from other plumbers I had previously contacted!

Mr Rooter is now our Plumber of Choice!

After the large rain I had some clogged drains so I put out a request on Yelp and David from Mr. Rooter responded immediately and Saul was at my door within an hour. He spend 3 hours here clearing my drains that hadn't been done in 20 years. He charged me $1,300 for the job which I felt was fair and he cleaned everything up prior to leaving. All in all this was a very professional company to do business with.

Brian from me rooter was fantastic. We have a manufactured home and I found out plumbing can be tricky. Especially with clogged sinks. First Plummer (another company) couldn't fix and mr rooter came out within the hour. He went 50 feet but still clogged. He went an extra ten feet and voila fixed! He had a ""trick"" the other company didn't have. Very nice fellow as well. I highly recommend!
