I had a leak in the bathroom bathtub faucet. Would drip all day. Probably just needed a valve replacement, I thought. . I currently have slate tile in that bathroom. Plumber said that I would have to remove two of the 1foot slate tiles, to get to the valve to replace it. The estimate just to replace the valve was $1100, but I would have to get a tile person to rip out the tiles and replace them with grout and all once it was complete. Prob another $300-600. I said that I would think about it. So I took my hex tool and removed the handle. Then I was able to remove the cover, took the four screws out and was able to pull out the entire valve cartridge. Went down to the local Home Depot bought a new valve cartridge assembly, For $24, came back home pushed it in and tightened the 4 screws. And placed the cover and the handle back on. Tops, maybe 15 minutes worth of work. No leak, works fine now. I was willing to pay around $300 for the job. But not $1100 and all the extra cost to remove and reinstall slate tiles. So for that reason is why I'm giving this a bad yelp review.

Rojay was excellent. He went above and beyond in helping my grandmother with her water heater. I'd highly recommend him and Mr.Rooter to anyone in need of their service. They were patient, compassionate, and helped us in our time of need. Thanks again!

I had a weekend emergency. A back-up from the main. I got a fast response. The Plumber was courteous, efficient, neat and most of all effective. I am keeping the number. Thank you!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The first time they came out, they attempted to snake my sink for 10 minutes then told me they would need to come back and Hydro jet the line (For a much larger fee) after already charging me $315 to snake the line. So I took the morning off work, I scheduled my service for between 8 and 10 AM. The tech (super nice) showed up at 11:15am was dispatched to my property without the property equipment (office didn't schedule properly) He tells me they can send somebody between 2 and 4 PM today so I took the rest of the day off of work. The tech shows up and again does not have the tools to complete the job. So I took the day off work for absolutely nothing. Then a manager calls and states that they assumed I had a ladder since I stated I would be able to get a ladder if needed. NO ONE informed me to get a ladder ( I would have got one from my brother) I was told they would locate the mainline and Hydro jet it. The manager proceeds to tell me that if they need to get a ladder, it would be an additional $200 because then they would have to rent a ladder for $75 from Home Depot. This company is a complete joke. Not to mention the manager I spoke to was extremely rude and a complete smartass. Needless to say I decided to use another company that owns their own ladder (being that they use one daily ) they were able to come out within 2 hours and clear the line within an hour for half the cost .

We got scammed. Had water issues and were given the wrong cause and told it would cost several hundred dollars to fix. We called the city water inspector and he said they were wrong and diagnosed the problem for free (MR. Rooter charged $175 for diagnosis). The cost to fix is much less than we were told. Do not use them!

I can't say enough good things about Quinn and Daryl. They were extremely polite, personable and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner and made it honestly enjoyable to talk to and work with. You would be lucky to have these two gentleman work on your plumbing needs! Jane Albright and Joe Lando

Excellent and prompt service. Will definitely use them again. Mike was great! He gave me great money saving pointers and installed my new toilet in no time.

Called mid afternoon on a Sunday when Martin Custom Plumbing cancelled at the 11th hour because he could not produce either license or insurance (requested the week prior). They were on site within the hour and had the job done within another hour after that. The service fee for a Sunday was reasonable. I will definitely be using them again.

Very helpful with attentive customer service, an actual person (and not a recording) and a friendly tech that was prompt!

my pool deck micro drain Chanel was clogged so I called mr rooter to flush it out, when the technician Evan got there he quoted me a price for over $500. i told him that was too much just to flush out a drain and he started to give me an attitude about how he just drove 30 mins to my house basically trying to saw it was a waist of his time , then miraculously, he said he could discount the price to $362 which I think is still too much. He also said that the work wouldn't be the full two hours for the 362 he would only be one hour, and he can't guarantee that the drain is going to be completely cleaned out, he started to raise his voice at me and get upset and started staring at me as thought to intimidate me and then said to me you know what I'm not gonna charge you I'm just gonna do the job and started yelling at me at that point I was getting uncomfortable, so I walked away and went inside as he stood by the back and started doing the work and talking to himself and dragging the equipment around, after he completed the work a paid him his money and he left, I went to check the drain and half of it was still clogged with sand when the company called me the next day I think his name was Jimmy that called I gave him the review and how his technician acted. He told me that the manager will call me the next day. The manager called me in the morning. All he mentioned was a problem with where the drain water was going. He did not mention anything about the attitude of his technician. I ask him was anything else mentioned in the conversation with Jimmy about his technician attitude nothing was brought up about that to me even though I told Jimmy in length what happened it seem like the manager himself did not want to address the issue so I just basically told them you will get my review on yelp for poor customer service. And when this technician did not get his way, he basically yelled at me and try to intimidate me. Maybe he think that I was going to be afraid. scammed me for poor work and with rude behavior, never will I use them again or recommend them to anyone.
