Excellent. Speedy. Professional. On Tuesday morning we had an emergency. The toilet in the condo we rent overflowed into the bedroom closet and the bedroom. Mr. Rooter was the 3rd company I called and the ONLY one that was able to send someone out within 2 hours. They were there within an hour! From the person who took the call and called when the technician Justin was 10 minutes out. Excellent! Justin was professional, confident, thorough. The work and knowledge he provided gave the condo owner the nudge to replace another toilet in her property the very next day. Highly recommend! We called the company number and Bill, the Owner picked up right away. He said he was just opening that weekend but would be willing to stop by on his time off. Bill arrived on time and was extremely personable. He assessed the situation and gave us honest feedback. As a courtesy, he helped us plug our toilet drain to keep dirty water sealed in the pipes. He said he would give us a formal estimate and return the next day with a plan of action. Bill was able to give us a deal to replace all our cast iron pipes. After comparing costs with other local plumbing companies, he had the best prices. AND the most trustworthy. The job is now complete and our water drains perfectly. He replaced all the cast-iron drain lines in our yard within a week. His team was on time hard-working and respectful of our space. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
