They promised a written estimate but none was given??? I specified to be called before arriving, NO call. I found it difficult to reach the estimator. He quoted a price equal to 1/2 the total current value of my home to remodel the bath.?$37,500.00 c'mon? I know 1-tom plumbing did a lot of damage but for that price I could build an addition with a second bath. It was totally unrealistic~!

Over the weekend, I search for a company to replace our water heater. Mr. Rooter of Orange Park did not disappoint. Angel came out on time and quickly installed our water heater. There was even a 10% off coupon he added on. Not only did he do a great job, but he also gave us some maintenance tips. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Orange Park and would definitely call them for any other plumbing services.

Repipe on a 1600 sq ft office building and they wanna come out and charge me 58k. I've been in construction since 2009 careful if you are looking for a big job. Don't have these guys quote it. My gawd. I write this for the every day person that's struggling and doesn't know what to look for do not just accept these price gouging bids. Do your homework. We got the same work done for 11k.

We had a massive clog and our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine were all backing up. They came out and cleaned the lines and replaced some of the pipes running from the sink that were in pretty bad shape. It was still draining a little slow so they went back in again to Make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. They even gave us preventative steps we could take to maintain a clean plumbing system. The plumbers who came out were personable and professional.. plus the price was within the budget we were expecting to pay. I will 100% use them for all other plumbing issues. Carl was outstanding!

If I could give them 10 Stars I would! We were having issues with our old cast iron drain under our house leaking from corrosion that had occurred. I reached out to several plumbing companies, and could not get anyone to show up to even look at it. I spoke with Kyle (the owner) from Mr.Rooter, and he quickly was able to get a technician out to our home to give us an estimate to have the drain replaced. Angel (the technician) came out and was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us a very fair estimate to have the drain replaced. Once we agreed to have the work done, Angel and another technician (Kevin) came out and did a fantastic job! Overall, this company is responsive, professional, skilled, fair priced, and has great communication. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys!!
