If I could I would give more than five stars. I have had the local Mr. Rooter out a few times and they have been wonderful to work with on my fathers house. They come when they say they will and have done their best to make the repairs to a 50+ year old house as financially doable as possible. I can not say enough about how great Shane and his team, Ismael, Isidro, and Pedro are. They have gone above and beyond. They work well together and are very courteous. They explain everything so it could be understood by a layman like myself. They even clean up all the water afterwards. I'm truly happy that I found my local group of Mr. Rooter professionals.

I found them over yelp. They called few minutes later, sent technicians the other day. Gave me free estimation. Took care of everything. In fact even before I agree to work with them they volunteerily fixed minor issues free of charge. They finished the job same day. I truly enjoyed working with them.

Had a great experience today. My old water heater started leaking last night. Mr Rooter sent out David first thing this morning. By the end of the day they had the old heater out and a new tank less heater installed

He gave a quote which was 2k lower than previous quote we received from an other company and got to work within the same night. Ismael even stayed late to make sure everything works.
