We called and they were here within an hour. Bart took time to walk us through the issue, what to look for, fixed it and even cleaned our or drain while he was here. The service and value was spectacular! 100% would recommend them to people in the Omaha area!

Bill did a great job cleaning out our main sewer. He was very professional and when he finished he left no mess.

Thanks Mr. Rooter and Bill.

We called on Black Friday with a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and company staying with us. They sent someone out right away. Jamie came and was amazing at explaining everything and within 15 min. everything was done. It was clean and fast and he was so polite. Will definitely use him again for any pluming needs. We will ask for him by name. Also couldn't beat the special they were running. Great value! I am so glad we requested service from them.

Had a plumber come unclog the sink in our master bathroom. There's black stuff all over the countertop, the floor, and the bathtub. He didn't even work on the bathtub. Everything we had on the edge of the tub (shampoo, body wash, bar soap and two clean folded towels) are in the bathtub and completely soaked. The towels have black stuff all over them.

I called Mr. Rooter because I had a leak in a pipe that was leaking in my garage. The tech came out, cut a hole in my ceiling, ""fixed it"" and left it. This cost me $490. I truly believe I was grossly over charged. After that tech left, the floor drain in my basement backed up and flooded my basement floor with what I was told was ""sewage"" which now will cost me to have my flooring, carpet and drywall cut out and replaced. I have had plumbers to my home before and I have never had anything like this happen. I called again and a new tech came out. He claimed my main drain was clogged. To unclog it, it would cost me another $400+. By this time I'm fuming. He then said it would be an additional charge to unclog the floor drain I feel the first technician did something to cause this problem. I have NEVER had that issue before! The second tech was a smart ass and very unprofessional. I'm done with them and will be sure to tell anyone who needs plumbing work done not to call them. I wish I had read the reviews before calling them....my fault.

Mr Rooter was able upon the second visit able to clean out the drain at my mother's house but the technician lacked any semblance of customer service skills. The managers argues with me and hung up on me. I hope they are proud they were able to make my 96 old mother cry. I would spend your money at other plumbers who would provide a better service experience.

Thanks to Dustin for clearing our backed up drain so quickly! I was worried it would be a big mess as all of the drains in the basement were clogged, but even though he had to ""snake"" the main drain out of the building it was a clean and professional job--well done! I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter service for business or home plumbing issues. Thanks again Dustin!

Mr. Rooter came to inspect my low water pressure and were very nice to talk and respectful at first. They informed me that I needed a new water line from the street to my house and it would cost $12,500 dollars. After getting over the initial shock I asked them if we could check to see if the water was turned on at the street all the way and before spending $12,500 replace the few connections right where the water comes into the house next to the meter. I told them it only seemed logical to me to spend $20 in parts and 30 minutes of time to do these things before jumping into the big replacement of the line. At this point they spoke in a disrespectful manner and in an angry tone and told me that they don't put band aids on things and to do what I asked would costs between $650-$1000 dollars. Wow, 30 minutes of work and $20 dollars in parts for that much money shocked me again. I informed them that I would let them know soon what I wanted to do. Next, I contacted the City to check the connection at the street and to shut the water off because I was going to change the $20 parts near the meter myself instead of paying $650-$1000. What's funny is when the City came out and talked to me about the pressure they suggested replacing the $20 parts like I wanted to do before replacing the whole line for $12,500. I was in shock and very happy to find that after the $20 replacement of parts that I now had good pressure. Not long after I talked to a very smart cousin of mine and he suggested doing what I did as well before spending the money. So, why does it take a rookie like me to spend $20 and a few minutes of work to fix the issue when the so called professionals said I had to spend $12,500 to fix it? I bet you can guess. I would never use the Mr. Rooter thieves just because the disrespectful way they talked to me alone, even without their piss poor evaluation of the problem.

Tech spent a few minutes trying to snake the line. Charged me $300.00. Didn't get line cleared. Said he had to used pressurized water for an additional $500!!!! I refused. I didn't get a refund. I called Tritz plumbing. Hard working plumber from Tritz cleared the line for under $200. Mr. Rooter of Omaha is a con artist interested only in the up sell. Do not use Mr. Rooter!

I called on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. They gave me an afternoon timeslot for their arrival. They called and said they were able to come an hour earlier. I had two plumbers recommend Mr Rooter to me but after reading some of the reviews online I had some reservations. The plumber that arrived was courteous, capable and extremely professional. I asked his name, (Jaime) because I was so impressed! My toilet is good to go! I would definitely recommend this plumber!
