Above and beyond. Had a bad clog that flooded my downstairs bathroom. They were at my house within 2 hours and fixed the problem with no issue. The plumber stayed late after he was supposed to be off work and had plans to take his family to the state fair... he stayed and made sure that everything was perfect. Ended up paying about half of what I was expecting. Customer for life.

They came out a week ago to snake the drain in my tub because it was draining slow and they found out that there is a cracked pipe and that it will have to be fixed and they will have to jackhammer my cement to fix it. That is just fine and I told him that I would contact them the next day to get it scheduled. I reached out Wednesday and they said it's a big job but may be able to come out Thursday or Friday since it's raining and they can move me up. I called Thursday and they said the owner is gone for the day but they would put my number and information on his desk they will get back to me. The owner didn't get back to me on Friday morning so I called in the afternoon on Friday and the owner said that he would put my name on his desk and get back to me Monday(yesterday) after talking with the plumber to what needed to be done and that he would give me a call back and he never did so I will not be using them anymore and I guess they didn't want the money to fix my plumbing. I know the plumbers are busy but I just needed someone to at least schedule it and talk to me but I kept getting pushed off. The one star is for the plumber that came out because he was the nicest and very helpful with the questions I had.

This is my first and last time to use this company. The problem was never fixed, the service man was not knowledgeable, poor customer service, did not fix the tub issue AND did not say what the problem was. He said just to write it's not fixed on the ticket and he would let them know. I still haven't received a call. If I could leave a 0 I would.

Fantastic Service! Right on time as scheduled. Wore a mask, too! Had the sluggish toilet and sink fixed within minutes. Also, put new mechanism in another toilet. The fellow worked fast and had everything done in less than an hour. I almost fainted when I got the Bill! Unbelievably low! I had budgeted far more for the job. Will I use them again! Definitely!

Had a backed up toilet went with RR. Ask how long it would take? She said and I quote ""Oh honey I'm gonna send someone right now"". I was like, yikes that's a first. I say he was there with an hour fixed my problem and it wasn't as as costly as I thought it would be. So for RR.

Great service and excellent response time. My Main septic line was blocked and we had sewage backing up into my Garage. They showed up fast and was able to resolve the issue in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company and their amazing staff

I had the spigot and pipe on the side of my house come undone on Sunday afternoon. I searched plumbers and finally chose Mr. Rooter. Their website says 24/7 plumbing service no extra charge. I just spoke to Fay who acted like I was bothering her. She told me she had no plumber on Sundays so it would have to be tomorrow. I said why does it say you do on your website and she said it was for sewer only. Beware of misleading info from these people. Hiding under a known brand name.
