I had sewage coming up all of my drains. Zack Talley came, figured out what was wrong, then did his best to fix it that night. Unfortunately it required more work (turns out my line was full of roots). Zach came back the next day (in the winter), dug up and replaced my line for a fourth of what a Regional company had quoted me. Zack is amazing!!! He's knowledgeable, down to earth, and understanding of how frustrating plumbing issues can be. He's come back and checked on some other issues and has always always always provided me with top notch service that goes above and beyond. I'm a Mr. Rooter customer for life!

I can't believe Home Depot contracts them to do their work. After installing a faulty hot water heater that stopped working 12 hours after install they are refusing to send someone out for 4 days. That is ridiculous. Once they get your money, they don't care what happens. The owner of the company was even notified and he did not care. Customer service is awful. I will never use them again

Made appointment with them and they seemed very helpful. The next day they called before they were to com to my house which was nice but an hour later they called me back to say ""we don't work in crawl spaces"". That's not what I was told when we called to schedule the repair! We told them the work was in a crawlspace. Be honest from the start and don't waste customers time.

This was the last time I will use this plumbing outfit..
First, when they showed up one of the helpers did not want to wear a face mask! Second they tracked mud onto my kitchen floor, mentioned it and was told basically tough. So I cleaned it up on my hands and knees while they watched! Third the plumbers came because I had a slow moving toilet, once Dave looked at it , he told me that I needed a new toilet, and would not try to fix it. Well $158.00 was the bill. For 7 minutes of observation, a mess on my floor and an attitude from him for me questioning the bill. Never again

Mr rooter does a great great great job fixing leaky pipes and seepage. If I ever need my pipes fixed I will be sure to give good ol mr rooter a call. However the plumbers better be peaking out of his pants otherwise I will give a four star review.

We were severely overcharged.
Mr. Rooter took advantage of our emergency situation to do so.
The technician, Dave Boswinkle was nice, and was able to arrive within 6 hours.
The technician was not able to provide us a ""Military Discount"" even though the company does authorize it. He said that it was because I had already agreed to the initial cost.
He said,
""Next time, you should mention that you're a Veteran initially.""
But, if you offer Military discount to Veterans, shouldn't you be the one to OFFER it?
Especially being that in the case of an emergency the mind of your customer is likely in the state of distress (which makes them more susceptible to overcharge)

Cold Water Line to Washing Machine Leak
We were charged over $500.00 for a 10 minute water line repair.
The guy was done with the job so quickly, that he felt the need to explain himself
Invoice & Description of Work
( $291.07 Repair 1/2"" exposed copper water line, up to 2' ) Water line was only 8 inches
( $230.88 Install 1/2"" Water Hose Faucet ) Faucet only cost $30 at the most.
Total Cost. $521.95

I normally only leave positive reviews, and chose not to leave a review about Mr. Rooter because I didn't have anything nice to say.
But, since I kept getting review reminders from the company, I left one.

Can't say that I won't go with them again, because in an emergency, you gotta do what you gotta do.

Had a draining issue emergency on a Sunday, when I called I had a Service Tech sent to my house within an hour and a half of letting them know I needed their services. Eric S. was my tech and he couldn't have been more professional, he put my mind at ease by letting me know that it wasn't going to be as bad as I had thought and make sure that the issue would be fixed in a timely manner. This was the second time I used Mr. Rooter due to a great experience the first time and with this visit they earned themselves a customer for life, due alone to the great techs sent to take care your issue. This Mr Rooter came out took our money, looked at out water heater told us the problem, ordered the part , i had to pay for shipping which i did first day he was very friendly. Came back 2 days later stated it was not the right part got mad told us to get someone else and walked out. I will never recommend this company and Whirlpool needs to end their contract with them asap. Very rude and unprofessional wanted more money for doing nothing
