did a great job cleaning a kitchen drain for us on short notice

Had everything pumped out and cleaned had taken out most of the broken pipe had done all the hard work but didn't have the pipe and fittings that was 8 inches long that probably cost about15 dollars. I think I was over charged for this job the technician was great and professional . This job didn't take 30 mins and I put the lid back on woks like it should. I think they need to adjust there prices they are a little bit costly.

So I called the service number at 2 pm on Sunday. Spoke to a lady who took my information, asked me if I would pay the 200 emergency service fee, and said she would contact the service individuals to handle my leaking pipe under my home and they would contact me. At 7 pm I called this same young lady back, and was told She didn't know why they hadn't contacted me yet, but that she would try to call them and call me back. She calls back 5 minutes later telling me she only got the voicemail, but to stand by as they would contact me so though. Then at 8:20 I get this call back to only hear they do not service my area out of Panama City. While this is not directly that particular offices fault, I would not call these individuals for emergencies, as you never really know if they are going to come. To make it worse, I called the service number back to ask if there was another location, and she said this time that Mr. Rodger doesn't cover my area and try yelp. 6 and a half hours to hear try yelp with a water leak under my home. Try Ben Franklin people and save yourself the stress.

I have used Mr. Rooter for several years but recently had to call for 2 different properties with extremely challenging plumbing issues. Both Zach and Lee completely outperformed themselves until late Saturday night (Lee) to get the issues resolved. Mr. Rooter is like my wife to me, cannot live without!!!!

We had plugged drain pipe issue and only received a quote for creating an outside access via crawl space to drain pipe and were charged 225.00 which my husband paid before I returned home Plumber left leaving plugged drain pipe -backup in bathtub and shower.. No snaking the pipe via MBR Bath sink drain as was done previously by a different plumbing service. I called to complain and nothing was done. We ended up calling the previously used plumbing service to snake the line sucessfully. The only positive was the folliw up call by the Plumber on his own and was well-mannered. He said his hands were tied in company fee charged and collected.

My house was built in the 60s and therefore has cast iron pipes. When I bought it back in 2019 I started having plumbing issues in the kitchen. I called out four different companies that wanted to dig up my entire kitchen and living room. Luckily I came across Mr. Rooter plumbing. Keith taught me about a new epoxy lining technique that practically makes the pipes brand new. It's now been 1.5 years and I've not had any issues with that area. Recently though the kitchen would not drain at all! I was scared the epoxy pipe had broken and we were back to square one. Oddly enough it was a hickory nut that fell down the vent stack. The entire staff as always was friendly and super helpful. Keith again answered any question I had and giving plenty of detail along the process. He was able to clear the pipe same day. I'm so thankful I found this wonderful team. When it comes to problems you can't see it gives peace of mind working with a great company like this!

We had an appointment with Mr. Rooter to come and give an estimate on some plumbing that needed done since a water line broke and flooded our kitchen. I called four days prior and was told we had an appt for them to come out from 3-5pm on Friday...at 3pm they called and said we are not coming and our next available appt was the following Wednesday. My husband took a half day off of work so he could be there. I am so upset and this is so unprofessional. If you make an appt you need to keep it....I even got a confirmation call yesterday to say they would give me a 12 minute window before they arrive at my house...I will not..be using them...ever..this is just unprofessional..

Not sure why but we called and asked to have a simple sump pump installed in the basement under the porch. It has been collecting water due to raining for months on end. They then say they can't install a sump pump because the don't think the water leak is due to the house. Hello there is no water leak that was already checked we just need a sump pump totally separate thing. We didn't ask them to check pipes or even go into the house! Why they would not install a simple pump I have no clue! Honestly it was bizarre and I am not even sure what to say. Anyway we called a contractor we know and he said sure I can install for you guys. These large corporate companies have some strange issues just doing what you ask for.... So confused I don't even know what to say.

3 calls to make an appointment, 2 more to get a 4 hour window scheduled, and a last call telling me they were on their way and be there shortly? :30, :45, 1hr??? The workers are professional and know what to do! The original contractor forgot to glue 2 water drain pipe joints. I paid the $584.69 upfront and the repair was done in less then 30 minutes. That's $1,169.38 pr hour! The family owed businesses should be ashamed of their overcharging.

Mr Rooter, management and field managers are all very responsive and sensitive to customers needs. I had an issue with my sprinkler system (outside their norm ops), but their professional team helped me eliminate the confusion caused by the city & builder. Mostly, they helped me eliminate this $400+/month issue. Thanks, Proud Callaway customer
