If you need anything fixed anytime sooner than a month from the needed service, don't call these guys!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I called because my main drain was clogged and I needed it cleaned out because my basement was flooding. They told me that they could send someone the next day between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. I also had to pay a $100 dispatch fee. The next day around 3:30pm I get a call saying they are running late and have to reschedule for the next day around the same time. Which I understood it happens. The next day comes around and I get a call again at 3:30 saying that they can't come out and we will have to reschedule. I told the woman on the phone no I would rather not and that I would like my $100 back. Instead of just saying ok and refunding me she asks annoyed, ""Well, have we canceled on you before?!?"" I say, ""Yes, actually yesterday and I really need this fixed. This is ridiculous."" She then says, ""ok, I guess I can refund you. But we could send someone out tomorrow."" I highly doubted that they would even show up and I told her that on the phone. That same day I called Rapid Flow and the plumber Jason was awesome and offered to show up that night! He fixed it fast and at a great price! Call Rapid Flow not Mr. Rooter. Their number is 781-289-7106.

We were able to get a prompt response when a pipe was leaking in our basement. They came the next morning. Jake was really thorough and explained everything to us so we were informed clients. We even liked his work so much that we are hoping to schedule some future repairs/renovations with Mr. Rooter. Would highly recommend! I hope this gets back to Jake and his boss!

This is Maria, I got Andy from Mr. Rooter who came this morning to get our kitchen sink which was clogged taken cared of. Not only was he very professional and efficient but he was also very very very patient and informative. I think that the company could use him to train other technicians because I find him very very helpful, knowledgeable and informative and clearly is someone who does a little extra from the service paid for and rendered. This makes a difference in customer service and building trust. Fees are a bit elevated but you certainly get what you paid for.

Extremely prompt service. The best quality about this company. I have used them a few times in the last 3 years. They show up the same day which is very important. Also Dave is very courteous and professional and probably one of the most senior plumbers in their crew. Ask for him when you hire Mr. Rooter.
