i dont normally do reviews.....but.....had new counter top installed by different company,thay installed a new sink,but wouldnt put new drain pipes in,so i went to lowes and bought new pvc kits to do my self,of course nothing fit right,also need to mention i had to go out of town next day,any way call them,they did come out quickly for my free estimate,they did no repairs whatsoever,no trouble shooting,just used the parts i bought,and charged for less than 45 min work 500$....i ask the tech if he was kidding at first,no,cant you do better,said he would call boss,10 min later,said could drop down to $475,i am a vet as well as 65 and older,thats the best...service was good and polite but 500 and used my parts...really

Called them after hearing their ads on the radio. My toilet was clogged in my bathroom.. They said they could come.. then called and said they can do it after 5pm but after 5pm its $80 extra. They charged me 90 dollars plus the 80 dollars and then They said i had to drain the water out of my tub,,and they couldnt do anything tonight since water was backing up. I have a trailer..And referred me to A1 sewage. they charged me to pump the water out$300. I called them the next day.. they couldnt come out till tomorrow after 5pm..and another 80 extra.. They used a air plunger and cleared the clog. and charged me $447 dollars... so it cost me total $997 to clear a drain.

Driving today i heard their new commercial, say $93 any clog. And it seems they only work after 5pm

We had a sump pump and well tank replaced. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They did a good job. They were on time. It was a little more then I thought it should cost.

I love how I called them 3 times for an estimation of time for arrival for a plumbing job. All 3 times the phone call attendant or office personnel picked up the phone and told me they would check to see where the technician was and would let me know what time they would be arriving. All 2 times I waited for a response and no response phone call was received. On the 3rd call I asked again and she told me ""I just confirmed 20 minutes ago that the tech was on the way"" I replied, you said you would check and call me back and confirm. Well there was no confirmation at all, matter of fact, I had to call 3 times just so they couldn't tell me what time they would be arriving. What a great day to waste 3 hours waiting for a plumber that was gonna show up an hour and a half late. Very nice job guys, keep it up cause that's great customer service you'll definitely get jobs that way!!! Finally when the quote did come in it was 3 times as mush as every one elses. Nice job Nick!

I just wanted to update a review I'd written a week ago regarding my experience with Mr. Rooter. The Account Manager, Samantha called me on Monday, the day after I'd written a review regarding my dissatisfaction of service with respect to her company. She listened to me and she appeared to be sincere when she apologized for the experience that I had. Three days later, I received a personalized card (not generic) regarding my situation:

Dear Mrs. Moultry,
We are truly sorry for your bad experience with our company and technician. Our goal is to treat all our customers with the utmost respect and fairness and we apologize this was not deliverd to you. We are reviewing our policies with our teach to ensure this never happens again. We greatly appreciate your feedback and have enclosed a $50 gift card as a token of our thanks.
