Back flow inspection, It was winterized and they left water in it. When it got cold the pipes busted. Tried to call and got no response.

Found out too late that no one at the business has a license to be a Plumber. Not even a basic Journeyman License. They are just making up prices and scamming people into thinking they are quality. They installed a toilet for me that leaks at the bottom. They didn't have masks or booties and were trampeling all over my house. How did they honor the warranty when I said it was leaking? They didn't. They just kept scheduling and moving the appointment so as to not work on the toilet. Go somewhere else. Look at Texas Plumbers Licensing online.

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Called them to set up an appointment to get a quote, earliest appointment was 3 weeks later. When he finally came he said he would give me a quote in a day or two. A week later, and still no quote, I called twice last week to get an update, and was told he was working on it still. Shouldn't be hard since I have most of all the materials needed, it should only be the labor to quote. I had gotten a quote from another plumber a couple of days earlier, who gave me the quote before he left.

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

Had some trouble with the toilet in our master bathroom, so I needed a plumber. I found Mr. Rooter on Yelp and messaged them through the app. I received a nice reply in less than 10 minutes (and this was before 8 a.m. on a Friday) from the owner Josh. Josh was at my home by 10 a.m. the same day, fixed the problem, and even fixed an old drain issue as well. Good work, reasonably priced, and great customer service from a very nice guy. First time in years that I've needed a plumber, but I would recommend Josh and Mr. Rooter to anyone needing service in New Braunfels.
