We had a huge root ball grow into our sewer pipe. Noel (Nole?)was awesome and was able to repair even offered to fill the dirt and patch the ground back together. Good employee, really went above and beyond for us. It takes a rare breed of man to be ankle deep in human waste and still smiling, friendly and efficient.

We have three 6"" culverts on our gravel road that had accumulated too much dirt to allow water to properly drain. After checking into prices for a vactor truck ($2,400 minimum!), we heard that Mr. Rooter could do the same job for much less. We called them and, in less than an hour, they completed the job with no problems. Good timing because last night's rainstorm could have done serious damage to our road. Noel and Joe did a great job, and it was obvious that Noel has extensive experience using the company's very impressive equipment. Thanks guys. You saved us at least $2,000, and we're set for another 40 years!

Best ever, they did not shy away from the challenging job of replacing my sewer pipe in my 1931 home which included pulling a 25 ft pipe through/under my concrete patio and foundation so we wouldn't have to tear it up. They were on time, professional and left my place looking better than when they started. The quote they gave me was very fair and they even did a bit of extra work without charging me over the quoted fee. The workers were polite and always cleaned up when they were done. I wish I could shout from a mountain top in Grass Valley how good these guys are as I know in this area good help can be very hard to find. I have used other plumbing professionals and was either over charged or had some even refuse to give a quote but who just wanted to do the job and then give me a bill. Don't be fooled by other ""Rooter"" companies and make sure it is MR ROOTER you are calling because they are the best.

We noticed our water heater leaking the day after Thanksgiving, we remembered Noel and how helpful he was when we started having issues with our septic so we called Mr. Rooter right away! Lindsay (the owners wife) is such a delight to work with. We were able to get on the schedule the very next day at 5pm but Lindsay knew how stressed I was, worried that the heater was going to go out completely that she let me know if someone can come even sooner she would call me and sure enough they were able to come the next day at noon rather than 5pm it was great! Noel let us know that we needed a whole knew water heater and Lindsay said we could get it all taken care of the very next day - WOW what great fast service! Noel came out the next day and took care of everything in just a few hours, he did such a clean efficient job! What excellent service! So quick, professional and kind! We really appreciate Mr. Rooter and would definitely recommend them!

If I could give no stars I would....

1. They are very unprofessional. They were suppose to come out and fix our shower, said they would be out at 4 and came by for a second, said they would be right back and never returned. 2 hours later I called and the lady said oh we need to give tenants a 24 hr notice before we shut off water..... ( I can understand that) I asked why didn't you call and tell me that? She said have a nice day and hung up. (mind you this was during thanksgiving week so I had family in town..... no one could shower...)

2. They were going to come fix our shower and never showed up, never called nothing.......... I called and then got hung up on...

3. They FINALLY showed up today to fix our shower and they put it in backwards so hot is now ice cold and ice cold is now hot.....

4. It's partially my landlord's fault because Mr.Rooter does not usually work on AC's but they came out and replaced our wall unit and there are gaps on all 4 sides of it. You can see out side between the wall and the AC.... I called to tell them and they said nothing could be done........

5. The people that have come to our place to repair things (we have a slumlord everything is old) says they have to run to their truck and then disappear for 2 hours then come back with out saying anything...... Hi where are you going? Store, lunch? It would be nice to know so I can know the schedule and work my day around it.

6. One of the ladies that answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional I have been hung up multiple times and she has been very snotty and major attitude problems. I would never recommend them to any one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent emergency service on a weekend when we were out of state. Of three companies I called, Mr. Rooter was the only one that immediately told me they would send someone out. The other two services had (1) an answering service that took a message, but in over an hour, I still hadn't received a call back from the technician, and (2) voice mail that asked me to leave name/number, and I never did hear from that company. This is not the response you need when you have house guests and a toilet backing up! The staff at Mr. Rooter is friendly, helpful, and efficient. They took care of my plumbing disaster immediately and followed up to make sure I was happy with the service. Yes! Happy! Mr. Rooter will be the first and only call I make in the future.

I called this morning for help with my garbage disposal. Minor problem but not when my husband isn't here to fix it! All techs were out on jobs when I called but they still made it out in a very reasonable time. I was delighted! Jason was professional and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended! Thanks guys, you saved me from my minor trauma! Lol
