They came out to do a repair on my septic system - and what an incredible job they did! They showed up on time, gave me advanced warning that they were on their way, detailed exactly who was going to be showing up to do the work. And talk about professionalism - not only did they do an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem, devising a solution which would be the least expensive for me and then implementing that solution, but they cleaned up after themselves and followed up with me the next day to ensure I was happy with the work

All the people at Mr.Rooter have been amazing! They had a difficult job to do and I'm sure it was frustrating on Pleasant Street today. I'd like to especially commend Noel! He not only put in the time and labor, but fixed two other problems we were having with our shower/tub without even asking. Noel finished the job called for and did above and beyond! We didn't have hot water in the kitchen in a rental. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out in a couple hours, big plus. My husband showed the representative (who was extremely nice and knowledgeable, another big plus) where the problem was, under the house because my husband had already diagnosed the problem. Afterwards, he said he needed to call his supervisor to chat about the problem. When he came back from his truck his supervisor told him to give us a price of $1100!!! My husband just scoffed and said you're kidding, right??? He then came down to $800. Still my husband said no thanks. He went to the store and bought about 20 feet of PEX, a galvanized compression fitting and a 5 inch galvanized nipple and two PEX fittings totaling about $40. He went back under the house and in two hours the problem was fixed (they quoted $300 just for going back under the house when they charged us $45 for going under the house to check out the problem). I know these companies have overhead, but charging 2000% over what the materials cost is WELL BEYOND taking advantage of folks and just not right! I also know that not everyone has a wonderful husband who is capable, willing and able but also really dislikes paying someone else to do what he might be able do. We had been working on this renovation for over 2 months and we were exhausted and didn't want to tackle yet another problem, but given the fact that they wanted so much to do so little, my husband said no way, I'll take care of it.

We had a huge root ball grow into our sewer pipe. Noel (Nole?)was awesome and was able to repair even offered to fill the dirt and patch the ground back together. Good employee, really went above and beyond for us. It takes a rare breed of man to be ankle deep in human waste and still smiling, friendly and efficient.

Lindsey answered sending the crack first responders, Jim and Walter. They put the camera down the decaying pipe and cleared the root obstruction 60' away under a neighbor's house.

We have three 6"" culverts on our gravel road that had accumulated too much dirt to allow water to properly drain. After checking into prices for a vactor truck ($2,400 minimum!), we heard that Mr. Rooter could do the same job for much less. We called them and, in less than an hour, they completed the job with no problems. Good timing because last night's rainstorm could have done serious damage to our road. Noel and Joe did a great job, and it was obvious that Noel has extensive experience using the company's very impressive equipment. Thanks guys. You saved us at least $2,000, and we're set for another 40 years!

Best ever, they did not shy away from the challenging job of replacing my sewer pipe in my 1931 home which included pulling a 25 ft pipe through/under my concrete patio and foundation so we wouldn't have to tear it up. They were on time, professional and left my place looking better than when they started. The quote they gave me was very fair and they even did a bit of extra work without charging me over the quoted fee. The workers were polite and always cleaned up when they were done. I wish I could shout from a mountain top in Grass Valley how good these guys are as I know in this area good help can be very hard to find. I have used other plumbing professionals and was either over charged or had some even refuse to give a quote but who just wanted to do the job and then give me a bill. Don't be fooled by other ""Rooter"" companies and make sure it is MR ROOTER you are calling because they are the best.

We noticed our water heater leaking the day after Thanksgiving, we remembered Noel and how helpful he was when we started having issues with our septic so we called Mr. Rooter right away! Lindsay (the owners wife) is such a delight to work with. We were able to get on the schedule the very next day at 5pm but Lindsay knew how stressed I was, worried that the heater was going to go out completely that she let me know if someone can come even sooner she would call me and sure enough they were able to come the next day at noon rather than 5pm it was great! Noel let us know that we needed a whole knew water heater and Lindsay said we could get it all taken care of the very next day - WOW what great fast service! Noel came out the next day and took care of everything in just a few hours, he did such a clean efficient job! What excellent service! So quick, professional and kind! We really appreciate Mr. Rooter and would definitely recommend them!
